Brooke has microbladed my eyebrows for several years with great results. I chose to have her put eyelash extensions on me Dec 2022, and she used the sensitive glue because I have sensitive eyes. After that day, I felt something rubbing on my eyelid. Brooke posted my eyelashes on her Facebook page, and I made a comment on the post that something was rubbing on my eyelid and irritating it. She contacted me on FB messenger the next morning (Friday). I did not hear from her all weekend. On Monday, I contacted her to tell her how disappointed I was not to hear from her. This is how she chose to respond to me....Not out of concern for my issue or health, but in defense and not taking any accountability or responsibility and then she blocked me. Huge disappointment. (If I could post screen shots here I would). Me:Brooke, I am so disappointed that you did not get back in touch with me. I took Benadryl and used baby oil as you suggested. It did not help. I was able to get in on Saturday at another lash studio. The tech confirmed for me the issues were what I thought were happening. Too much glue. My lashes were glued in hard clumps. The edge of the glue was pressed right up against my eyelid rubbing on it causing the pain and irritation I was having. I would like to request a refund as the craftsmanship here was just not up to par. I would also be ok if you gave me a store credit for my future eyebrow appt. Thank you. Brooke: Hi there. I’m very disappointed in you for telling me how to do my job. After reading reviews on Brooke's after the fact, this is a widespread problem. Do your research. Google,Yelp etc
