On 9/8/22 I took my car in to be serviced. As part of that I requested the transmission be serviced. I was charged $89.00 to have the transfer case serviced. I have no transfer case on my car. One week later to the day my transmission went out. I had it towed to this JonesZ Auto Repair since they had serviced it. They denied any wrong-doing. It finally made it in to the garage on 9/19/22. It took until 10/5/22 to have the work done. Supposedly he had teas driven the car. when I received the car the muffler sounded very loud. I asked the mechanic to ride with me to hear it. He said it was the flex pipe to the muffler and it would cost ,his cost $95.00 to fix it. I took the car and an hour later the engine light went back on. I took it back and he fixed that saying it was a relay switch and nothing to worry about. The next day I bought it back because the engine light came back on and the ** was blowing warm air. On 10/10/22 I took it back in because I had a leak in the front that I'd not had before, the engine light was back on and to fix the **. He still had not fixed the muffler. I took it to another Mechanic. They did a check and found the muffler had been cut and puttied for repair rather than weld it, radiator hose pinned between ******************* mount, rear transmission bolt cut and not put in all the way, transmission electrical plug was broken. I had all these issues taken care of at a cost of $415.00 plus tax. I have disputed the credit card charge for the transmission of $3,113.62 since he did not fix the car properly. I also have an appt for the relay switch to be replaced on 10/24/22 at ***'s auto repair since they found all the other problems I have photos and paperwork but am unable to upload to this site. ***** Auto took my Suburban in for transmission repair. They ordered the wrong transmission twice, missed at least one deadline due to ordering the wrong transmission. Told me they would have the transmission rebuilt out of shop. When I picked up the truck on 12/17, the right front tire was flat, the battery was discharged and they had lost the ignition key. Not all of the parts were installed and the transmission will not shift out of first gear. Even though they said they had taken it for a test drive. Upon request they have refused to make any repairs.Business response

*************** had his vehicle for over a year. He's a former employee and was getting free storage. The transmissions he had were his leads. We were trying to get it done sooner and for less money so we built it here. The whole job was for ******. This was a favor. Once it was done it sat for another month while he tried to get funds for the vehicle. We did temporarily misplace the key but we do have it now for him. The vehicle was partially disassembled when we got it. The owner did road test it afterward and we told him it still wasn't shifting properly because it needed a proper tune. They haven't requested anything after they picked the vehicle up.
