I took my Cadillac to get fix**, but he call** everyday told me he ne**** ****** because he kept ** raising the price. He kept** pushing it off every week. He told me he had a moter for my suv, but he really didn't. ******************* running the garage illegally. He doesn't fix vehicles the right way. I sent *********************** a payment of $410 for work to be completed. He will not answer or return my calls so I want my money back. I have receipt for the payment in cash app. I sent a cash app request for him to return my money but have not received anything.Initial Complaint

Was told that he would replace my 4 tires for 200 and also told me that the sensors for my tires inside my rims were all bad. When I left out of his business the day my vehicle was done my Van started shaking he said it's probably an alignment. I took my Van on a road trip for my daughter's national softball tournament came back had my Van checked out from another shop and it's not the alignment and 2 of the front tires have stuff sticking out of it like it was never changed and they are bald. I have the guy 150 before leaving said I would give the other 50 when I came back and he was good with that. I didn't trust him when I left left but it was my dealerships recommendation Because they work with him when they are overbooked. And he bills the dealership for the work he does. I now have to have 2 new tires put on the front of my Van and bearings from my van humming that he never even noticed. I've already called my dealership and told them about the Situation and told them that I would not recommend them sending anybody else to him as he is not reliable or trustworthy. Because it's not just me having to pay the guy it's the dealership that's paying him to do the work and then they just bill me.Initial Complaint

08/5/21 I gave *******************(owner) $4,200.00 for transmission repair on '2007 **** Escape. No work has been done no money has been refunded. I have called texted on numerous occasions and to no Avail. He used the money I gave him to pay other bills that he had acquired. I had asked for a new transmission And he was gonna put a used transmission in my truck. Like I said I have been waiting since August for my truck to be done I have not received my truck or any money any money owed to me because Nothing has been done yet.Business response

The complaint is not correct by any means. The only work I have ever done for the complaintant was to sell him a Kia ******** This was before my business opened. After I opened my business I towed his **** escape to my shop on June 26th, did a verbal estimate and advised him I was not willing to replace the transmission. His vehicle has been here since June 26,2021t collecting ***** a day storage and tow bill was never paid.He did give me money after he totaled the Kia ******* ******* which was owed on the vehicle.Then he purchased another vehicle from myself. That was a Dodge Dakota in the amount of ******* totaling ******* he owed to me.**** did not give me anything over what he owed me. He still owes a tow bill for escape and ***** a day storage since June 26,2021.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,*******************
