      I had all my lower teeth removed in January 2024 there was an issue with the price and their headquarters agreed to pay the difference. *** had multiple appointments between January till July where they told me nothing about my insurance. Which I went on my insurance app and it stated everything was paid. Then on July 10,2024 1 hour before my appointment to pick up my dentures they call me and tell me I owe them *******. Before I can get my dentures. 1 hour before. There are many groups against Aspen that have the same problem. The office manager in her rude attitude said well we have a year to file any claims. Well you waited till right before I need my teeth. I feel this is there way to get money out of people cause they know people cant go without teeth. And poor business ethic. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my permanent top teeth since they were paid in 2022 and was waiting so the top and bottom align right but they even fought me on that. I had no issues in 2022 when I had the same procedure done. Now this time mind you I had less teeth taken out and they billed my insurance the same but want me to pay them the same they charged my insurance. This makes no sense and feel like they are running scams on people. And even wanted to use the excuse the had a computer breech a year ago and records were lost. I want what I paid for and thats the other half of my teeth from these crooks

      I received a phone call from someone named **** from Aspen on 7/22/24 and returned his call same day and each day since. He did say he was traveling. But have yet to receive a call back. I feel this may be their attempt to say they attempted to contact me. I will continue to call the number I was given and keep the voicemail on file until this is settled.

      3/27/23 I went to have new dentures made. They sold me this insurance that said I could have 2 cleanings of my teeth. Had dentures made and the cleaning done. Paid $2409.45 in March and thought that was it. Went to have the other cleaning done in July and they told me it was going to cost $335. I told them to forget it then I wasn't paying that. So they cancelled it. I broke my dentures out here in ***************, **. Went to dentist out here to get them fixed. They told me I had a balance of $335 that was about ready to go into collection. I never received a bill for that anytime. I would have questioned it then if I had received anything. I was told that the insurance that I paid for would cover the cleaning. Now they are saying it didn't and I had to pay that before I could get my dentures fixed. I needed my dentures so ended up going round and round with them and I paid it but still don't know why I owed it. I am asking for the $335 back because when I paid for the dentures I was told I was paid up. Why did I never get a bill for that before. I would have went round and round then with them. I am in ******* so don't have copies of what I paid all together but was able to look into my bank account and see I paid $2409.45 in 3/27/23 for the dentures and was told that was the total.

      I was helping ************************* out with getting his teeth pulled but he cancelled the appointment in April 2023 and requested a refund for his prepayment. He did not reschedule his appointment. They said a system issue is causing a delay. It has been over 2 months and I would like to know when this will be completed. If they can't put the money on the card used, I will accept a check if that will be faster.payment *************** CARD ENDING **** ON 3/30/23 AT 11:44AM AUTH ID ****** REFERENCE ID ************

      I had aspen dental make me dentures over a year ago, because I couldnt speak correctly with current dentures and they didnt fit correctly and aspin dental has a dentures money back guarantee . The dentures they made me have never fit, I have been working with them for over a year with them adjusting them and even remaking them they still dont fit I am at my ***** end. They set me up with 3 rd party credit for this service I have made a few payments in good faith but now this is affecting my credit, they refuse to stick to there money back guarantee and now say I need my wisdom teeth pulled in order for teeth to fit correctly my wisdom teeth have nothing to do with my issues fitting. I cannot where the teeth and I am fed up and I am going to go to I different dentist at this point I cant afford to keep taking time off work for them to continue to fail me and just want my money back they can have there teeth,they keep saying they wont give refund because this needs to be done adjustments that never work I think I have given them more than enough time to get this right can you please help me. I would like a correction to my credit report and a full refund my insurance has paid some of the balance due

      About 4 months ago I purchased invisalign for myself that cost me **** dollars and half way with the treatment one of my tooth didn't move the way it was supposed to. They never noticed it when I went in every 4 week until week 14 th because of it I had to get re scand for new invisalign I was told it would take 3 week to get the new trays I went back 3 week later and they claimed they didn't get them at my appointment. So I got re scheduled for 3 weeks later on that appointment I was told that it was still not in. I've been missing work plus driving to janesville from ********* it takes about 45 minutes one way so I asked for a full refund. I was told they would call me back in a week and I haven't gotten a call back. I feel like they are stealing my money and not giving me what I paid for.

      I'm financing the treatment and I haven't received it yet. I'm accumulating interest rates for it. They said they would penalize me for cancellation - this isn't my fault.
