customer number is **** On 28 October I placed an order (*****) which included item JJ07013WNG ****** XV **** stand in walnut) price $57.80. The website stated that the item was in stock at the time of my order. The full amount for all three items of the order was paid via Pay Pal Pro at the time of the order. Only two items were delivered with a note the the **** stand would be shipped from a different warehouse. Several emails later they admitted that the **** stand was out of stock and that I was given a credit note which would be valid for 12 months. The date that the credit note would expire was not indicated On 04/08/21 I attempted to use the credit note to discover that my account had been closed. Or at least the pass word was invalid. I made 11 requests on their web site for a change of password, all were ignored. I also sent a request to the company via email which was ignored. I am sure that the email was sent. In June 2021 I ordered 3 things from superior dollhouse miniatures. Have not received any of it. It's been a month now.When I checked a few weeks ago it said it's under new management and didn't leave a number to contact them.. I would like a refund.
