HORRIBLE experience!! Same with the other reviews, except the damage to our property will be 10's of thousands of dollars! Never showed up when he said he would, excuse after excuse. DESTROYED our deck, fireplace and sunroom. He has mortar on our cedar ceiling, deck, tv, end tables and fireplace face. He even took an electric cord and put it through the stone and put mortar around it to keep in in place!! Check out the photo on that one! Can't get mortar off so everything needs to be replaced. In places where we were able to get a bit off, it stained our wood. Our cedar ceiling is ruined! He cut stone for the fireplace inside!!!! Our furniture is ruined. We came home to a disaster! Completely scratched up our patio door! He told us we were being critical... look at the photos and let us know what you think! The banister they installed with all of their PERMANENT marker marks showing up! This is a cedar tone banister, you can't sand it off or the wood will be different colors... they also didn't install the banister to code, the slats are 6 inches apart and they are supposed to be 4 inches. I have their insurance information if anyone can figure out how to contact me, i'm happy to share. We had to hire new contractors to rip everything down and start over.
