Today the corporate manager came to look at my back yard with the park manager. I opened my window to confront them and ask them to just tell me what was wrong so I can fix it now and not wait for a letter on my door about it. Both of them immediately got angry and had a major attitude problem. I was insulted multiple times for no reason at all. I simply asked for a notice they were on my property instead of just looking around whenever they feel like seeing as I have major PTSD and a big trigger for me is unidentified people around my home.Review from Jennifer L

The management treats you unfairly, goes into your yard at any given time, theres 36 pages of things you cant have (swing sets for kids was the latest thing added). If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend buying here!!Review from Tammy B

Sold my home back in July the guy didnt get accepted till the end of September they had ************************************************* February was getting a security deposit back now we are in may they are charging me to stop the check I never received they didnt take care of roads water was always off , had to boil water all the time I just needed out. They dont answer calls or respond to you I have left hundreds of messages to the new owner o just want my money I left my place always nice , no one needs to live the way they treat people, dont take care of problems we all complain about for years. This place is a joke hopefully everyone sees this just not happy how they are handling things I shouldnt have to pay to stop a check I never received. Please help I guess they dont have to follow state laws on security deposit.
