*********************** bought her 2006 ***** Impala Oct 19th 2021 with ****** miles on it, over the course of the next 8 months , the last visit was in June of 2022  she brought the vehicle in 4 times with various concerns which Griffin Chrylser of ********* paid a total of $2939.20 on repairs not once did ******* pay for any repairs.  The vehicle now needs to have a leaking transmission cooler line replaced, the transmission came into our shop 4 quarts low on fluid. ******* does not feel she should pay for this repair. I feel we have gone above and beyond to help her in repairing her vehicle. We will not be participating in the repair cost at this point.

I had my truck there because of problems after I had it at another place! And was told I needed my engine oil flushed and transmission.. so I took it to the dealership for better services.. they took the truck (manny) and showed me what all they needed to do! I agreed ! So 45 days later. My insurance company calling me asking me how long I have had a rental car from them ? The shop waiting 2 weeks to contact them ! And then another week after that to call back with a full price.. that's the first problem. Then the shop charges me for 3 weeks of rental services.. I still payed it. And left ! A week after I leave with my truck. The work they said they did. Give out ! And they rook the truck back ! Only ro replace parts that should have been insurance plus charged me down the rental again. Only for my engine to blow out a week after I get it back from them!

********************* brought in his **** Dodge Durango on July 20th 2021 with ***** miles on it.  He asked that we look into a fluid leak, check engine light, brake concern, transmission fluid inspection and an oil change, he insisted on getting a rental car since his extended warranty covered rentals.
We found the fluid leak to be from the power steering pump, we found 7 different fault codes causing his check engine light, we found that the brakes needed to be replaced on all 4 wheels however the lugnuts holding the wheels on were rusted/corroded and would need to be replaced as well, we also found the transmission fluid to be very dark and in need of replacement. Additionally we recommended replacing the power steering high pressure line, a serpentine belt due to being cracked and frayed, and the water pump due to a leaking gasket and loose drive pulley, along with an air filter  that was dirty. We informed **** of our findings.
We advised him that the check engine light would require further diagnosis since the fault codes indicated issues in 4 different areas of the vehicle. He declined any further diagnosis, and stated he only wanted work done covered under his aftermarket extended warranty and the oil change. After reaching his warranty company we informed him of what work they had authorized and what they declined, and recommended the other needed work, which he again declined. With that we ordered a new power steering pump, and  let **** know that the warranty company would only pay for 5 days of rental, he opted to keep our rental car and pay the difference. The power steering pump was difficult to obtain since this was a **** vehicle, however we did get one and replace it along with changing his engine oil and filter.  At no time did **** ask for an oil flush, or transmission service. We finished the work on August 17th 2021 and informed **** that it was ready to be picked up. When he came to pick it up the Durango would not start. We pushed it inside and determined that the starter had failed, unfortunately they can and do fail without warning. He was understandably upset with this and agreed to have us replace the starter. The vehicle was done August 19th 2021 at which time **** picked it up.
**** brought the vehicle back on September 16th 2021 with ***** miles on it and stated there was a fluid leak again and the power steering did not seem to be working and asked us to change the oil and filter as well as replacing the air filter, and again insisted on getting a rental car.
We took a look at it and determined that the power steering line we had recommended had failed, and with that ruined the new power steering pump. He agreed to pay for the powersteering line, oil change and filter along with the air filter and the serpentine belt we reccomended last visit.
We completed the work September 23 2021 and he came and picked it up.
I believe it was around the 1st or second week of November my Service Manager called me and explained that **** called to inform him that his engine had failed and wanted us to pay to have it replaced. So I called **** to find out what was going on. He indicated that he heard a loud noise from the engine and that it was shot.
We had a very lengthy conversation about his vehicle and the issues he had been having with it, this is when he informed me that the vehicle had been to another shop prior to us for an engine overheating issue from a pulley falling off the engine while they were driving. I asked if his vehicle had the Hemi V8 engine, which it did. I advised him that when those engines get overheated the valve seats in the cylinder head will a lot of times drop into the cylinder and cause catastrophic engine failure. I advised him to have it towed to our Chrysler dealership in Milwaukee since it was closer than our ********* Chrysler dealership and I would have it looked at, and find out if his warranty company would cover the repairs.
This was our last conversation until December 9th when he called our ********* store demanding a rental car while his vehicle was being repaired at another shop not related to us.
If you need any more information please feel free to reach out to me.

They charged me cash twice knowing my insurance paid for services that they were charging me for "told me insurance didn't cover nothing which include rental power steering pump starter ect." Per my insurance agent Izzy talked to Manny personally about the 30 days we had the rental with out insurance knowing which was from June 28th 2021 and 55 days later tired to charge for rental and all services which I paid cash for and having receipts saying that insurance paid nothing and I had no insurance which I paid for in cash twice. Because unfortunately I had to take truck back again after 51 days for faulty parts put on truck and work not being documented or fixed like it should have been. My receipts after 3 visits shows 2 visits and I have a blown engine also dodge stated I refused further investigation of diagnosis of codes on truck and per insurance they have to check a diagnosis and I gave them the codes when came in. Also gave they paperwork on truck being fixed with warranty parts that I was charged for that should have been covered. What *** was saying about truck head gasket it is not on my receipts to be addressed or none of my voice-mail from Manny I have never once was it said m engine was bad insurance and griffin should have caught that and not had my truck 3 times and sayingnit was only a power steering pump starter water pump and nobody caught that. Griffin and insurance should have been charged accordingly and I should have been only charged charged $100.00 deductible like my insurance said not $1400.00
