Based on direct claims made on this organizations website ("Feedback is strongly encouraged", "we want to hear what YOU think.", etc.) which falsely led me to believe they would be committed to my customer journey and provide superior customer service and claims re the flavor experience I should expect ("the classic flavor that dippers have come to love from the big national brands", "We'll have you swearing you're in ******* with this classic tobacco blend that dippers have come to love", "Apple is a tobacco free dip that is a green apple treat that will make any rancher truly jolly" - this latter statement is an obvious and direct reference to the flavor of a Jolly Rancher candy for a suggested and highly misleading comparison, etc..) between 6/17-6/21 I submitted two orders (#***** and #*****) purchasing 3 of this companies products (Wintergreen Pouches -6 cans, Apple Pouches- 2 cans and Peach Pouches -1 can All at 0 nicotine level). The combined order total was USD $61.94. Upon receipt, I opened and tried one can of each. It was immediate from the instant I tried each that the claims set on the companys website (ref above samples) were grossly overstated as all 3 flavors caused a horrible sensation in my mouth and bore zero resemblance to the smell or taste that had been falsely advertised. It was at this point and on two separate occasions (6/25 and 6/26) that I submitted two separate messages to the company through the 'contact' section of its website where claims such as "Feedback is strongly encouraged", "we want to hear what YOU think.", etc. are clearly stated. To date, I have received absolutely no response and feel that this companies claims re flavor, experience and customer journey are all falsely advertised and grossly overstated thus these products were marketed and sold under false pretenses. Messages sent to the company on 6/25 and 6/26 re my experience and requesting customer support can be found attached. To date, these have been ignored.
