I was considering the purchase of an item with cozzyhomes.com advertised on ********* As I attempted to make the purchase the vendor kept using an incorrect address for me. When I couldn't figure out how to correct the address (before making any purchase), I cancelled the transaction. A few minutes later, ****** sends me a notification that the transaction was processed even though I had NOT authorized any purchase. Ordered a comforter set on 4/1/2022, which did not even arrive until today, 5/16/2022 and when we opened the package, it wasn't the nice big comforter the picture shows or describes, it was more of a sheet on thickness - and I paid $79.95 plus taxes for it! I wrote and told them I want a refund and am waiting on a response but also wanted to report it to the BBB due to it being a huge scam - not only to charge that much but also to have to wait a month and a half for it to arrive and then for the quality to be so extremely poor!Initial Complaint

Ordered comforter from LIXIGIFTCO all known as Cozzyhomes. Never received order. Want to cancel because I found something else. They say that I cant cancel the order or get a refund. Purchased a set of curtains through the company's website back in March. No shipping information was provided. When contacting their support the company will only say there are delays, no estimated shipping date or information regarding the order. After a month with no information about the order we asked for a refund and were only offered 15% of the order price.
