I contacted Mr. ******************** in early- mid April about getting hard wired security cameras installed. He and his friend, ***, installed them. I actually had to go in my own attic to help them do so. As they were refusing to go through crawl-space.He did not give me enough training on HOW to use them.Emails and screenshots show me requesting help. I asked 4 help on 4-19-24, and 4-28-24.Each time, he was rude, condescending, and impolite.On the 19th, he didn't respond till 1:00 IN THE MORNING. It was a series of texts. When I told him it was late, he said, "No. We will talk about this NOW." When I contacted him on the 28th for more help, he gradually got more & more rude, and then stopped answering me back altogether. This is AFTER I spent nearly $3000 on his cameras.He also had given me an estimate of $219 on a 6th camera one week,(4-10-24), then tried to overcharge me next week, "for mileage/ extra work hours." When I stuck to his original quote of 219, he got rude in an actual email, saying :"what part of your life don't you create drama & stress in?"I wanted to report him THEN, but didn't, as I knew I'd have to work w him & cameras.I am reporting him and his business for failure to provide customer service, as well as insulting someone like myself who disclosed to him :"I have a disability, & learn differently than others." To which he replied "It must be really difficult to know when another person doesn't get it, huh?" & I said"You just insulted a person with a disability."
The consumer advised the BBB that there is a hole in their wall from the camera installation.
