The providers office staff is rude. They are requiring visits to be scheduled in order to incur costs for paperwork to be completed for reimbursement when this paperwork should be completed without needing a visit. They have the ability to **** insurance, but do not **** insurance and after being told they would **** insurance.Business response

*************************** The forms are legal forms for previous services, the office is hindering a legal case. No service are needed further which is why services were ended. The legal case needs the information from the provider to confirm services were rendered and for in regards to the legal case which should not require further visits. Requiring visits to incur cost is illegal in the state of *********. Charging a fee is acceptable for paperwork but a fee and visit is not.Business response

Hi- thank you for the feed back. Due to HIPPA laws we are not able to disclose more information on this specific client's issue. We are a private practice and our policies are standard in this field. Our clinic policy states specifically what is required for form's to be completed, which is a patient must be seen within 90 days and on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. All patient's are informed of this policy. We also have fee's for late cancels and no show appointments as well which patient's are billed for.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
thank you
