Purchased a 2018 truck approximately one year ago. Certified used vehicle, I have had constant issues, and the truck has been in the shop at least 4 times. The engine was opened, with no extension of my warranty. The repair was done and issues remain. The transmission is still slipping, the truck was brought in for service and all systems checked out according to the report given to me, but the very next day I was stranded , both battery and starter being bad. They have not kept their word on anything. tires not rotated when oil changes done, truck not washed, I had to fight to get tires that actually matched after purchase. They had a random tire on that didnt match anything.Business response

Response to complaints: 1. Engine was opened. The engine was opened to replace the lifters under warranty. Customer was not charged under his Certified ******* mile powertrain warranty vs the factory warranty of ****** miles powertrain warranty. 2) Transmission slipping. Unable to verify on 2 separate occasions of transmission slippage. Customer accompanied mechanic on one test drive. 3) Brought in for service (grease and oil change) We completed grease and oil change. Next day vehicle did not start because of bad starter. Customer declined our repair of the starter and bought (at cheaper price) and repaired starter himself. 4) Tires not rotated when oil changes done. We rotate tires when requested by customer or when needed (tires showing wear). 5) Truck not washed. We don't wash vehicles when temperatures are below zero or when car wash is not operable. 6) Tires after purchase. Customer was given (3) options for 4 new tires on the truck. We installed the tires he picked at no charge to the customer.
Settlement: Extension of warranty: Customer has a ******* mile Certified powertrain warranty vs the ****** mile powertrain factory warranty. He already has a warranty extension. Customer has had some issues detailed above and I feel we have addressed those issues. I have no problem discussing the above issues if customer would like to discuss further. I feel we have taken care of his issues.
