This man got my car about a month ago and have not fixed anything on it. He will not answer his phone or respond to emails or texts . He has called me twice telling me my car would be ready on two occasions and lied both times.Business response

The customer states that no work was completed on her vehicle, but all repairs were finished on her vehicle except the passenger side headlight. The passenger side headlight took longer to replace due to the customer's insurance company providing us with the wrong part number on the estimate. Therefore, the wrong part was ordered initially. The correct part was ordered and the customer was informed of the issue resulting in her car not being ready for her to pick up. The customer appeared happy with the repair work and brought up no issues when receiving her vehicle. ******************** has yet to pay her $1,000 deductible and it appears she has blocked our phone number so we are unable to contact her. It has now been two weeks since the customer has received her vehicle and we have yet to receive any information about payment.
