On September 29, 2023, ***************************** (DCB&T) attended the 94th Annual Convention and Trade Show hosted by the North **************************** (****) in ************, **. Our welcome packet for the show included a brochure for a glove fundraiser through ***** (*********) at Youth Livestock. The brochure stated that for any glove orders made, 25% of the sale would go to ****. On October 3, 2023, DCB&T placed a glove order with ***** at Youth Livestock for 72 pairs of gloves, which were billed and paid as invoice #**** for $1,366.30. Our order was shipped on October 25, 2023, and received on October 31, 2023. Upon receiving this order, we liked the quality and timeliness and decided to place a larger order for all of our bank locations. This bulk order was placed on November 13, 2023, for ***** gloves and was invoiced and paid as invoice #**** for $16,773.96. Payment was paid up front due to the gloves being customized with our logo. Our payment was deposited by ***** on November 22, 2023. Via a phone call, I was told when placing the order, that we would have them by Christmas. On December 11, 2023, we were told that it would be right after the 1st of January. Then on February 12, 2024, we were told by ***** that he would send out part of our order. That never happened. Since then, ***** hasnt answered any phone calls or emails. Most recently, we left him a voicemail on Thursday, April 25, 2024, asking him to call him back. On April 25, 2024, we also contacted the **** and spoke to **** and **** who said ***** has had better luck contacting him as they have heard other people having the same issues. They also stated that they have not received any of their promised 25% from all sales being placed. On May 2, 2024, ***** with the **** called us and stated that she has tried contacting ***** many times as well and has received no response. At this point, DCB&T would like the product we already paid for or a full refund of $16,773.96.Customer response

I, *************************, was the original contact person with ***** at Youth Livestock and placed the order. There have been others who have tried helping me get in contact with the company and have left messages as well but I was the initial person so you can use my name for it.
