If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT GO HERE for dental work and if you do ensure you dont see *************. She walked in my appointment rolling her eyes and annoyed that apparently they wouldnt get paid for my initial visit which shouldnt be voiced to patients anyway she continues to argue my procedure as a child regarding enamel and says mm yeah thats what everyone like to say but its brushing I had surgery as a kid over this so excuse me? Then was excessively rude to the dental assistant so I politely asked if she would be the dentist doing my procedure because she seemed rude and the assistant responded well shes the best youll get. So I said okay, went to schedule my appointment and they tell me I need another consult so I was confused and when I asked the receptionist asked the dentist. They proceeded to call me to the back right behind the door and I said why do I need another consult appointment? She says in a threatening tone well you said I was rude right? I made you uncomfortable right? As 2 other employees are just standing there. I said yes - I did say I thought you were rude to the dental assistant as well. And the dental assistant argues with me trying to back her up. I have never seen a medical facility so unprofessional. Never once tried to reassure me just excessively rude. They should be embarrassed to run an establishment like this especially when I initial reason for the visit was PAIN. And because I way the dentist is rude they try to made me restart the process? Im just like blown. DO NOT GO HERE. Also, this regular dentist said oh no issue I can pull the teeth needed but comes to find out only a SPECIALIST can do this procedure anyway. SMH

This message is URGENT!Someone in managment please contact me on my **** that I was told would be resolved by ******* on 12/1/21. I receieved another **** in the mail and see that it added another late fee on it after I was told on Dec 1st 2021 by ******* that it would be taken care of. Im on the Low income plane and was told everything that was done to me was covered under that and all I had to pay was my visit 10/20/21. I was told i wasnt the only one that was having this issue since KCHC switched over to a third party(overseas) to handle their bills. PlEASE someone from management contact me. I was told that it was being taken care of and keep recieving letters and the amount keeps going up. I sent them this exact email. I would like something sent to me in writing because i was told this would be taking care of on 12/1/21. This is so unprofessional, and I would like it to be handled as i was told it would be. My **** keeps going up and nothing is being done about the situation

Kenosha Community Health Center's Revenue Cycle Manager had a phone conversation on January 4, 2022, regarding ******************' billing complaint related to his last visit date on October 20, 2021.

We discussed during the phone conversation on October 20, that he was seen by one of our medical providers at KCHC and was offered a sliding fee discount toward the full balance for the services that were rendered to him based on the proof of his income he previously provided.

Based on the proof of income he previously provided was offered the sliding fee discount, which would have required him to pay only $30 for that visit on October 20, 2021, but due to an accounting error in our system, his account listed the full balance of charges without the sliding fee discount being applied when our patient statements were processed.

This was a system accounting error, and we have since corrected this in our system. As was mentioned on the call with ******************, the sliding fee discount amount has been applied and and current account balance is zero.

We apologized to ****************** for any inconvenience and sent him a letter on 1/18/2022 as a follow up to our phone conversation.
