Wonderful communication from scheduling the call to completion. Danielle & Scott took time to explained the process in ways I would understand, they were patient & happily answered all my questions. Great communication from the beginning to the end. All technicians were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of property from the way they park their vehicles to the way they protect your floors. Scott checked out my furnace and found the issue. He was very helpful. I decided to purchase a new furnace. The sales person was able to stop out that same day and next day installation was available. Jake and Josh installed my furnace. They were great. I always have a great experience with WI Fuel and will continue to use and recommend them. My new furnace works great and pushes out more air to the upstairs of my cape cod, which has made a huge difference in the temperature up there.Wisconsin Fuel & Heating, Inc. Response

Danielle checked our furnace last October. She provided excellent service. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Danielle gave me good explanations in layman's terms. We would highly recommend her, and we would welcome her back for this year's annual check up. We have always had great service with Wisconsin Fuel & Heating.
