      I ordered product on Lifted Made's website over a week ago. My credit card was charged the next day even though my order was still shown as "processing". The product still has not shipped. I have left numerous messages on their voicemail (no one has ever answered the phone). I have sent emails, and I have waited over a day for someone to just answer me back on their online chat.

      We have addressed this concern with the customer and requested the order to be sent out with expedited overnight shipping on January 10th, 2023, package was delivered on January 11th, 2023.

      Bought a candy bar made by lifted made called URB. It is a delta 8 thc candy bar. It is advertised as making you feel relaxed and chill. My husband ate a piece of the candy bar and within a hour had a horrible reaction. His heart rate was climbing dangerously high reaching to 180 and he was convinced he was dying. After his behavior became more erratic I called *************************************** the ambulance. He was in the hospital for over 4 hours while they tried to calm his heart rate and get him coherent enough to safety go home. I spoke with someone from the company and he claims that my husband was a light weight and thats why it affected him that way. He claimed he was also a light weight and couldnt handle it well. I feel like the packaging should have some kind of warning if side affects like my husbands are possible. The ** doctor examined the bar and told me she is seeing more and more people having bad effects from candy like this. She said they are usually not honest about the amount of thc in the bar and that they are dangerous. I contacted a lawyer who instructed me to file a complaint and send the candy bar to a lab for testing. I feel horrible because the gentleman I talk to with the company was very nice but I just dont feel its right they dont warn this could happen. My husband would have never ate this if a proper warning was displayed. I feel the company was well aware that this could happen because the gentleman I talked to acted as if he was not shocked at all and that he himself cant handle it.

      Urb chocolate bars are manufactured in a GMP facility. Urb does not make any medical claims. Each product packaging states the strength per serving as well as total strength per unit, so consumers can make the best decision on how much to take based on their tolerance and preference.       I placed an order with Lifted on Sun, Sep 26 at 10:21 AM for gummies. The confirmation attached confirms they received and processed my order. To date, I have not received this order. They have processed payment and debited my account.I have sent two emails to their email address and called their number several times without anyone answering their phone. Without a shipping number I cannot track the shipment.At this point they need to refund payment.

      I did not receive the package and was home on that date.  I will check with the post office on this end to see if there is any additional information they can provide, although the delayed response on the part of Lifted Made will make this very difficult to backtrack.

      As per my reply previously, I have finally got a response from the post office here in ********, **.  My package was delivered to an address on *************************, not **********************.

      Please feel free to contact her to confirm that the package was delivered to the wrong address and never found it's way to my address.

      have finally spoken with the customer regarding his order. Per **** according to the customer, **** misdelivered the item. Additionally, **** provided a picture of the incorrect house but of course we were never informed. 

      It was easy enough to get in touch with him so I do not know why he was unable to reach us. Upon my review, the customer never notified us per review of our call, email, and chat logs.

      A new order has been placed per his request, over credit, to his satisfaction. We will follow up on tracking until it delivers.

      I placed an order on 10/16/21 which was sent via ****** However, ***** lost the shipment and despite the SEVEN attempts to talk to someone at Lifted via email (2), the messaging on their website (1), and phone calls with voicemail (4) to get this corrected and so they could file a claim w/***** I still have zero response. Horrific customer service. My next step will be to call my bank and have them reverse the charges. Documentation available if needed (can't attach from phone).

      Good Afternoon, I placed an online order and when the order arrived it was incorrect. It had three items I did not order and was missing three items I did order. The order was placed on Oct 19th 2021 and delivered on Oct 27th 2021. I called right after I opened the order on Oct 27th 2021 and left a message at 4:39pm. I received no call back so I called again on Oct 28th at 2:32pm and left another message. Again I received no call back so I called again on Oct 29th and left a third message at 12.56pm. I waited through the weekend and decided to try an email which I sent on Monday Nov 1st at 4:04pm. It is now Wednesday and I have heard nothing back. The value of the missing items in my order totals $30.00 the total order placed was $195.12. I know that it is only $30 however its more the principals behind it that I am filing this complaint.

      Our main fulfillment manager was in an accident the week this order went out and with the less experienced crew that was manning this station it looks like the customer received 6 items of one flavor of gummy rather than 3 of one and 3 of another. The $30 dollars in question has been refunded.

      I ordered a product from their website on October 14th, and I selected 2day express fed ex shipping. Order #58268 And the fedex tracking number is 285025946325. I never received anything, and the business has ignored my calls, voicemails, and every email I have sent them. I have already paid and want my refund.

      Order date: 9/26/21. Order #*****. I tried their product and it didn't agree with me so I sent this company Lifted Made a message asking if I could return it under their 30 day return period, I never got a response so I returned it to them anyway because I didn't want it. I later sent them a follow up message seeking a refund, no response. This company has made no effort to resolve this and issue the refund under the 30 day return period. The amount of money at dispute is $26.14 that I want to be refunded. The **** tracking #********************** as proof that the item was returned back to them.
