On April 17 I hired ********* and **** to install a gate on a pre-existing fence. Shortly after, I noticed it was not functioning well the latch didnt line up properly. On May 13 I texted ****, describing problem, asking when they could stop by. He said it was an easy fix and he would be out that week. He never came. I texted again May 16 asking when they could come by, he said he would call after work but never did. I texted ********* May 17, asking him when they could come by, and he never responded. I texted **** May 22 and he said, give me until Friday, I promise. They didnt show up on Friday or communicate with me. So, I texted **** May 24, asking when can they stop out to fix my gate. He didn't text me back. On May 29 I texted *********, asking him when they could fix my gate. He does not respond. I texted ********* two weeks later on June 13, no longer asking him but telling him he had to fix my gate and make everything right. He called me that day, apparently not liking the fact that I was suddenly standing up for myself. He said that my gate *** not work the way I want it to, but it still works so I would just have to wait because he was busy. I asked if he could come out by the end of next week and he said he would try. They didnt show up by the end of that week, so I texted him again June 20, standing up for myself again, telling him he needed to fix my gate. **** immediately called and tells me they will be out to fix my gate later that day. For some reason ********* calls right after and tells me he didnt like my attitude in the text but confirmed they would be out there that day. They never showed up and still havent. I paid them in full on April 17 for a well-functioning gate and my gate does not function well. **** originally said it was an easy fix so it should be no problem. They are refusing to go out of their way to fix this for me in a timely manner. I have been trying to get them to fix this for 6 weeks.
