I bought a car from this dealer last July and it was totaled in June of this year. They were so unhelpful with the process of helping me get document and information for my gap insurance claim. I've called and left messages with no response. They have yet to send the refunds I am owed to my finance company and will not respond to me.

Do not buy a used vehicle here!! We were looking at a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. We test drove and liked the vehicle, planning to buy it...until we went through the pricing. Over and above the online price, the dealer added $1995 for a nano exterior sealer and an additional $695 for an app to track the vehicle should it be stolen! These two items were non-negotiable and were already added to the vehicle. Talk about false advertising!! The price before taxes and fees was $2700 more than advertised online!! We felt sorry for our awesome salesman Emmanuel. We would have liked to buy a car from him, but we will never buy a vehicle here.

Our experience with this dealership was very similar to ***** and ****'s and others. ****, the internet sales person we spoke with, assured us 3 separate times that we would get a new car for a certain lease price that the finance manager okayed. We drove an hour to get there only to be shown a filthy, used car with 2900+ miles, grease marks all over the arm rest and dash board, car seat with a milk bottle in it, a backseat cover for dogs, and personal belongings in the trunk. **** disappeared after greeting us at the door and handing us off to the floor salesperson who completely switched the deal numbers on us to more than double the agreed upon price. The manager we asked to speak to then escalated the situation when confronted about the lies **** had told us, and to our wasted time on the road and off work he said "so what? I'll fill up your gas tank. How much do you make an hour?". I second the other reviewer that said go literally anywhere else. This place is as bad as it gets.

Legitimately the worst customer experience I have ever had. I took my car in for warranty service and they sat on it doing nothing for 2 weeks giving me the run around saying things like "it will tie up a lift and we don't know how long it will take" until I got Nissan Consumer Affairs involved. I appreciate that it will tie up a lift but after 2 weeks of telling me "we will start on it in the next day or two" you have hit the limit of my patience. They then proceeded to do the repairs with the utmost incompetence. They opened the battery on the 12th, replaced the cells that needed it on the 14th, let it sit around 2 days before testing it, and then finally on the 17th ordered the sealant to reclose the battery they had known they were going to have to open for over 3 weeks at this point and had had open for a week. Time after time they proved that they would not get anything done without me getting corporate involved to move things and they would consistently lie to me about what was getting done or just dodge my questions. They kept saying "we have never done this repair before" but they are a Nissan dealership. A car brand that sells the car that I bought and has been for over a decade, you should be able to service the cars you sell and I know you were working with corporate who told you what you needed yet you still managed to show a truly amazing level of incompetence. It is never good when your customer insists to corporate that a different, independent servicer needs to verify you did your work correctly. There is zero reason it should have taken over a month to replace 2 cells in my battery. On top of all this they also got off on a bad foot where, instead of helping me through the repair initiation process, they tried to get me to trade in the car and just buy a new one and tried to tell me that Nissan no longer makes the Leaf which is just flat out wrong. Truly staggering how bad everyone there was at their job.

**SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP** Deceptive sales practices. One star is too generous!! We traveled 3.5 hours to this dealership because they had the vehicle we wanted and the advertised price was less than other dealerships. It was worth the extra time and trip to go there to purchase. We were told by Sammy, the internet sales manager, that it "just got off the truck and would be ready for us." When we arrived they told us it was not there, it was being driven up from Arlington Heights, IL. STRIKE ONE. We had no trade, so we asked for the total out- the-door price, many days before heading there. Sammy told us she would send that but we never heard from her we just chocked it up to them being too busy? We supplied all information ahead of time to speed up the purchase process. Once we arrived we spent over an hour just waiting for the car, then they brought out the purchase agreement. The price was not what was listed on their website, or cars.com, or car gurus. It was Nissans MSRP. There was also an add-on of almost $1800 for a "ceramic top coat" which we did not order. They said the other dealership applied it (we doubt anything was ever applied). The sales man walked back to the office manager and they took that charge off, but it was still the full price. STRIKE TWO. Sammy had said she would be there, not to do the paperwork, but she would stop by. We asked to speak with her and they said she came in early and left. STRIKE THREE. We questioned the price. The sales manager (a very rude man) came over and explained their pricing. The dealer discount advertised was for being a recent college graduate that was in the military and a previous Nissan owner. STRIKE FOUR. We decided we would walk on this one and purchase locally. The only satisfaction we got from this dealership was walking away. Don't trust their internet prices, or dealer discounts. They baited us in with the internet ad then switched the price.

While I respect ****'s right to HER VERSION of this interaction, the reality of what happened is completely different.1. At no point did **** request any information prior to the sale regarding numbers or figures. 2. All cars sell for what Nissan says the **** is, we do not charge market adjustments, and in some cases if the customer is able to find a special that we advertise it sells for under ****. **** provided us with a picture of a special on this car and we honored that price. 3. **** was presented with OPTIONAL coverages which she DECLINED and we REMOVED them. I'm not seeing the negative there?4. **** and her husband failed to read the terms and conditions of the pricing, and even admitted so when they were here, that any special advertised prices include all available rebates from Nissan. If you don't qualify for certain rebates, you don't get them, it's relatively simple. I don't think it would be appropriate to give **** and her husband a military discount that they didn't qualify for, that would be borderline disrespectful to our current armed forces who DO qualify for the rebate. 5. If anyone should feel bait and switched or wronged in this attempted transaction it should be the dealership. **** called the store and said "I'll buy the car sight unseen". We had the car moved from our sister store to our lot, had the vehicle detailed, only to be yelled at and called condescending names because they failed to properly understand the advertisement they were reading and refused to accept any responsibility.

**Buyer Beware ** Advertised prices are not accurate My wife and I found a vehicle at this dealership online that we were very interested in. I called the dealership Monday afternoon and spoke with a salesperson to confirm the vehicle was still available and to confirm that the dealership would accept a cash offer. The salesperson confirmed the vehicle was available and confirmed the amount I would need to make the cashier's check out for. I made an appointment with salesperson for 9AM. We then traveled down to Kenosha from central WI (about 190 miles) with full intention to purchase the vehicle as soon as the dealership opened the next business day. We showed up at the dealership at 9:10 AM and were greeted by a very empty showroom. We waited about 5 minutes, and then went to find someone who could help us. We found someone and said we had an appointment with salesperson, but he informed us they had not arrived to work yet... They then set us up with a new salesperson, who stepped in and helped us get set up with our test drive. As soon as we arrived back from our test drive, we informed new salesperson that we wanted to purchase the vehicle for the full asking price. He ran us through a couple of offers for extended warranties for the interior and exterior of the vehicle and stated that "these offers are optional." We politely declined the offers, as they seemed very gimmicky and not worth the price of $2,300 extra. New salesperson then left to talk to their manager for 10 minutes. When new salesperson returned they had a very somber look on their face and laid an offer sheet on the table with the cost of the two extended warranties included. They stated that because we were paying in cash, we could not decline the offers. They stated that extended warranties and financing are how the dealership negotiates with customers and makes a profit. We were quite shocked, as we were told this was optional.

BUYER BEWARE!! This business participates in unethical actions including forcing you to purchase add-on items after verbally stating it is not required. I found a Silverado online on Friday, June 23, 2023 and I called the dealership to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was available and that there was not any "required" additional purchases to buy when purchasing the vehicle. Customer service rep confirmed over the phone they did not require any additional purchases and the truck was available. My salesperson was professional and polite. During the test drive I asked again if there was any required add on purchases. He confirmed the truck had received a ceramic clear coat, but no purchase was necessary, but purchasing future protection of the clear coat was optional. When we arrived back to the dealership, I told salesperson I would purchase the truck. He offered the surface protection at a discount, which I declined. He stepped out to speak with his manager and when he returned he apologized and stated he was incorrect and purchasing the add-on surface protection was required to purchase the truck. I told him that was unacceptable as I had been told by two employees it was not necessary. The Sales Mgr came in, was extremely rude and threatened to cancel the deal if I didn't listen to him and stated there was a disclaimer on the website stating price was only good upon approved financing. However, the line on website he showed me stated "certified funds or approved financing". I had to point out the "certified funds" phrase multiple times until he finally said "if you want to play that card, go to your bank tomorrow and get us a certified check" so I left. While it may not be against the law to require an additional purchase to buy a vehicle the way it is presented by this dealer is unethical and immoral and consumers should beware.
