      I had thought i had my lawn mower in to get repaired however finding out only thing they did was change the oil spark plug fuel filter and changed the air filter. I was charged for new blands new belts in which they never replaced. i cut the grass twice and during the second time i noticed that the grass wasn't getting fully cut so i investigated in why i lifted the lawnmower and noticed that the same old blands was on the lawnmower. so i looked further and it was the same old belts on it also. so i contacted maxon and they said well we wont do anything since its just past 30 days. I feel this company been doing shady work like this for a while and I want a refund back for the items they did not fix and the labor hours they say they put into this lawnmower. I request that a refund of $361.00 be refunded.

      . The customer picked up his mower and we did not her any complaints for quite some time? These type of complaints, which we have never had a single one in eight years, must be addressed the first time you cut so we can verify new parts installed before months of use. Either way we did what he was charged for and completed the repairs requested. Now per customer courtesy I did email the customer this morning and per customer courtesy offered him a $150.00 refund if it will make him feel better about this transaction.       I feel i shouldn't be charged for items they never replaced and they have very poor quality of workmanship.  I will settle for no less than $300

      The same old blades and same old belts were still on lawnmower never replaced. I have taken photos as proof the blades they claim were new have were all rusted and cut up.  this would not happen in two cuts in less than one month. the old cracked belt that slips right off still on the lawnmower and slips off still. if it was new and fixed correctly this would not happen.    I want a refund of $300.     This company needs to be held accountable for falsely claiming they repaired my lawnmower with new parts and high standard workmanship.

      I would never let this company touch any of my equipment again and how hostile this individual is I will only accept $300 in which I will take my equipment to another shop that will sharpen the blades and put a new belt on and correctly fix the equipment the first time.  So again I will only accept $300 and I will be more than happy to close this case.
