I brought my car in to get my breaks done ; 900 hundred dollars later ; I am still left with bad breaks. Something was done to the breaks that Cassies them to squeak and the breaks to wear prematurely. I brought the car back to get it looked at and asked to talk directly to the owner he did t come out . After I left the breaks were stealing squeaking , it is obvious they do not want to be bothered after taking my money . This place is dishonest. They will say they will warranty the breaks but the issue is not the break pads. They messed up somewhere and will not be honest about it .

I'm sorry **** you feel we didn't take care of your concern with your new brakes. Over the last 2.5 years and ****** miles of owning your car and coming in for maintenance and we hope you will change your mind and continue to come in for service. We installed new front and rear, pads and rotors 7 months ago and we did confirm the brake noise during your recent appointment. During that time, we disassembled the brakes and cleaned/lubricated the caliper slides. We then test drove your car and confirmed the noise was gone. As we mentioned when you were here, the brakes are under manufacture warranty and if the noise came back we would replace them under warranty for you. We can still do this at no cost and hope we can get this issue resolved for you. Thank you.
