Previous tenant of Main Street Apartments owned by Ambroselli Properties. We have not received the security deposit back. It has been over 2 months since we moved out. We have contacted Ambroselli Properties several times via e-mail and voice mails, and they do not respond.Initial Complaint

I am a tenant of one of the properties that is owned by Ambroselli Properties. I have been trying to get in contact with them for almost 2 months now regarding various issues including getting rent payment set up, accessing parking information, receiving mailbox keys, etc. I also have further questions and concerns that I have not been able to raise to them because they have been largely unresponsive to my many attempts at communication. I have emailed them over 15 times and called them over 6 times (leaving detailed voicemails) since September 11th 2023. They have not communicated to me any times that they are working or available to help with concerns from my apartment building. All communication I have had from them has been short, extremely delayed, and has not effectively resolved any of my issues. They have sent me a total of 3 emails with them spanning about a month between each response. They have answered the phone once and had no answers or solutions for me when I called. They were apathetic to the fact that they have been unresponsive and clearly did not express care for their tenants by their lack of response, apology, or acknowledgement. It is unreasonable that I have to wait upwards of a month before hearing back from them, especially since once I do hear back, the issues are still not resolved. They are not fulfilling their obligation as the management company of my apartment building.Initial Complaint

Rented from a complex that this company recently acquired. Still have no received a security deposit back or any contact whatsoever from them.Business response

Rented from this business & have not received security deposit. Followed the required process in the lease & have attempted a resolution via email 4 times.
