    In February of 2022, I purchased flooring from Carpet One. Mr. ****************** crew installed the flooring in my kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, and hallway. On 2/25/22, I wrote Mr. ****************** a check for $2,068, ck #****. I asked for an invoice, but none was ever given. Mr. ****************** cashed the check on 3/1/22. On August 26, I contacted Mr. ****************** as the floor was splitting, flexing (bouncing), and breaking. There were spots cut near vent that were not correct and would show. I asked him to fix the issues and he said he would be there in the next week. No one showed, called or texted. On 9/6/22, I texted him about the issues again. At this point, I said if he didn't fix it, I would contact Carpet One and if that didn't resolve the issue, I would then follow with legal actions. He said he would fix it but wanted pictures. I sent him 16 photos. On 9/7/22 I asked when he could be here to look at it? On 9/10/22, he said Thursday of Friday. I asked for a definite time, he said he would know by Wed. I heard nothing. On 9/12, I asked to speak with whomever would be in charge at my house as I wanted to make sure they understood the issues. On 9/15/22 He said they couldn't work all week due to another job. And yes a conversation would be good. I heard nothing after that. On 9/27/22, I asked for him to have someone at my house this week. He called me crazy and told me I need to change my attitude. Then I texted back my position of my rights as his client. He then said all I did was b**** and to find someone else to do it. I then asked for a refund of my money.
