      I drove to the Plover Kwik Trip to get gas for my lawn mower and used my check card to buy $8 worth. After the lady handed me my receipt I tried to put the gas in my gas can and nothing came out. I went back into the store and told a male clerk the pump wasn't working. Even though I was holding the receipt in my hand, he asked if I paid for the gas. I said of course. He automatically went into a speel about how it didn’t register and if I wanted gas I had to give him another $8. I said I already paid for the gas and the pump didn't work. He said it was Kwik Trip's process and I should check my bank statement to see that I wasn't charged. I asked how he knew that I wasn't charged because it was only 10 minutes ago. I said I just wanted to go home and cut my grass. He said again, if I want gas, I need to pay another $8. All of a sudden a lady came up behind the clerk and said “if you don’t like our process, go to another gas station.” I went back to my car and called Kwik Trip customer service and waited on hold for 19 minutes and finally pressed 1 to have someone call me back. 10 minutes later Liz called from Customer Service and told her what had just happened. All she kept saying was that that is their process and I should check my bank statement. No concern as to the way I was talked down to or why it happened. I just told her she missed the point. The next day, I get a call from Lisa at Kwik Trip's financial department saying the exact same things, it is their process and I should check my bank statement. When I asked why this happened, she said I probably took too long to get to the pump for gas (3 maybe 4 minutes). I told her my account wasn't charged, and she was missing the point. She continued to go on and on about their process. I finally realized if Kwik Trip has a process for something like this happening no explanation, five different associates, it must happen more often than not and their concern was definitely not the customer.

      I filled my vehicle up at the ********* store and 10 mins. outside of the store, my vehicle broke down. The damage to my vehicle was $3100 caused by watered down fuel. I have pictures and a mechanics statement that the damage to my vehicle was caused by bad fuel. I have been told by ********************* that it was not Kwik Trips fuel that caused the damage to my vehicle but how else would I get watered down fuel when I filled my tank when it was empty. There has been alot of rain in the area and there is a possibility that there could be a leak in one of the tanks. I am very unhappy that I have been essentially told that it is not Kwik Trips fault and I want to be reimbursed for the damage to my vehicle. I would give a zero star and will never go back to Kwik Trip if this is not resolved

      We take such claims seriously and immediately completed a thorough investigation. Ms. ***** was the only reported issue with our fuel during that timeframe. Over ***** gallons of unleaded fuel were dispensed at that store on that date. If the fuel was contaminated, all of the vehicles receiving fuel tank would have reported issues. We are sorry for Ms. ***** issues with her 2002 **** Explorer with ******* miles but our fuel did not cause the damage.

      Gas price gougers! 3.49 a gal in Franklin Wisc on Hwy 100. Down the street, ************ on ****** **** is 3.29 a gal

      We are sorry to hear that Mr. *** is unhappy. Due to the recent fuel cost increases from suppliers at the applicable fuel terminal over the past several days, Kwik Trip increased the price for Regular Unleaded on 6/17/24. Kwik Trip consistently assesses the market to ensure that we are priced competitively, but at times, due to the fuel cost increases from our suppliers, have to adjust our prices.

      This is a complaint about the ********** ********* Kwik Trip I was in the store I witnessed the store manager ****** treating her employees rudely as a customer I like doing business at the store in ********** but after seeing how the manager treats her employees it's really hard for me to go in there in my books it was definitely abuse from what I understand the ********** store has trouble getting employees and retaining employees after witnessing how the manager treats her employees it's not hard to understand why In this day and age when it's hard to get people to work when you do find somebody you treat them with dignity and don't abuse them I'm a retired factory worker that was a supervisor and if I would have treated my employees that way I would have been terminated somebody from Kwik Trip should look in to this problem

      Had a soft touch car wash on 2/29/2024. I have several scratches in the finish on my car hood that do now rub off. Of course, they are not responsible? I've got pictures of the scratches. They show clear half circles where the rotating brushes hit it.

      I fell after a snow storm in the parking lot. I went to report it. They employee at the register had to call her manger several times before she stopped filling shelves to come talk to me. Her first words to me. Were sarcastic. What do you want me to do about it? Call a ambulance?... She rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted to report the fall. I have a broken shoulder after all this and your insurance company won't even help with medical bills. I was told by my doctor I will eventually need surgery. We just don't know when yet. The area that was not cleaned was in-between parking stalls.... they said they have 5 hours to clean. But yet after I fall they decide it's the time to clean up the snow.... I feel like they didn't even care... that I was injured.

      A representative from Kwik Trip reached out to ********************** on 1/15/24 to verify that her injury claim has been reported to our insurance company.  We are very sorry to hear that she was not happy with the response from our retail coworker, her concerns have been relayed to the District Manager to address.

      Kwik trip customer service fails to respond after emailing them 5 different times over a 4 week period. Kwik trip sweepstakes is a scam you don’t get all your packer points when you visit. I have visited multiple times every week and once in a while I might get a couple points but it is not as advertised and when trying to contact customer service and response. I have now been shorted a couple hundred points and unable to enter the sweepstakes so I feel this is a scam unfair to consumers and falsely advertised. Even if it’s a computer glitch then why can’t customer service reply instead of ignore customers. I will definitely start spreading my money elsewhere so one less customer at Kwik trip every other day.

      Been having significant trouble with this stupid card and the app not paying the statement amount, just ALWAYS the minimum amount. I have automatic payments on and have statement amount selected. Never once have had a 0$ balance after the monthly payment. Really ******* up my credit. Get it right.
