      Was DOUBLE charged for the same transaction . I dont use that card I literally put just enough for my transaction on that card. So it is very clear that you did in fact charge me 2x for the same transaction. 2 transactions for the Exact same amount. Put my account negative and charged all because you guys suck! So I call the store in circle pines. They say call the corporate #. So I call the corporate #. ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES, so I leave a message. 5 hours pass by, still nothing. Call them again, on hold for ANOTHER 30 and still waiting!!!!Trash corporation out here scamming people for no reason. I used to go there multiple times a day too but fu** that fu** this company . They are literal scum

      ******************** spoke with our representative, ******, about his claim that our company had duplicated a charge.  The claim was investigated and it was relayed to ******************** via email that Kwik Trip did not duplicate the transaction (copy attached).  It was discovered that his financial institution had an issue which was resolved and the duplicate charged was removed.

      on 5/21 i went to kwiktrip to get gas and some food. After paying for my items i went to pump my gas and found that someone had stuff the gas nozzle full of sugar. At least two shot glasses size amount went into my gas tank. No on offered to have me car towed I was given a piece and paper with the store leaders name and store number. After i had my car towed to ********* to get a quote to remove to sugar I sent all info to risk management who wanted me to contact my insurance company to file a claim. I spoke with Green bay PD who view the cameras and they made me aware that a guest 1 hour prior to me made staff aware that sugar was stuff in there. They also said that this is 100% negligent on kwiktrips end for not closing off that pump. it will cost around 5k to get my car fix

      A kwik trip employee pumped def fluid in my diesel tank on my work truck.. they attempted to fix it 500 miles later truck had more issues they told me they would take care of it and to take it in the shop.. ended up having a ****** estimate then thats when everything changed now over a month later with no employment because this is my work truck they now deny any wrongdoing and refuse to pay for anything leaving me with the tow bill and mechanic bill

      Friday April 19th around 7pm my 15 year old son and 23 year old brother experienced what seemed to be racial discrimination at the Kwik Trip located at ******************************************. ... Or at the very least, incredibly poor customer service. My brother was sent to purchase beer for my parents because we had family in town for my grandmother's funeral the next day and my son wanted Skittles as well but this became an issue for the cashier so they didn't purchase the skittles... She wouldn't let him buy both together which seemed silly.. so I went back to the store with my son to purchase the candy he had originally wanted and then experienced the same unpleasant cashier named *****. The entire time she looked at me very unfriendly, spoke condescending and acted as though me filing a complaint about her was laughable. She made sure to arrogantly tell me her managers name as well so I do not want to speak to that person. I would like to talk with someone higher than the manager. The unwelcoming nature of her entire demeanor was felt even by my 15 year old son who again, just wanted Skittles. I also purchased two alcoholic drinks to see if this time she'd allow the transactions together and she did. When I asked why, she said I looked older and it could be assumed I was his parent. I have never experienced something so ridiculous. And FYI most minors, if they are having someone buy them beer, they don't purchase it with the minor there. My son is the most well behaved kid... Plays cello, in honors algebra and biology, in robed choir, plays football and speaks Spanish but because he's black and has braids he was on the receiving end of *****'s subconscious bias that led her to believe he was the recipient of the beer my brother was sent to get. I would like an explanation why ***** thought this was ok and why she thought it was ok to talk to me like she did and I want a written apology from ***** herself to my son, myself and my brother.

      The Kwik Trip in ********************** doesn't have certain hot foods( Rotisserie Chickens) in store to purchase they tell you it will be ready in a hour when I get back in a hour the store tell you another hour... When I was able to get it the store serve It to me in paper container( upload picture) terrible service just not good for the particular community and this literally happens on a regular basis

      This complaint is due to the fact that no one has responded to me, even though I sent a complaint through Kwik Trip's online contact form on 11/5/23 and made a phone call to Kwik Trip's phone number listed on their corporate website *************). I shopped at the Kwik Trip in ******** ** at approximately 3pm on Sun. 11/5/23. I purchased 1- 1/2 gallon bag of 2% milk, 1 cheese nuggets, 2 bacon-wrapped chicken *******, and 1 - 1.5 qt of ice cream. The cashier who rang me up turned to a co-worker to talk to her all the while scanning my groceries. The cashier rang up the cheese nuggets twice. I had to interrupt her and tell her that I was being overcharged. It shouldn't be my job to catch the error and correct her, especially since she was busy focusing on a conversation with a co-worker rather than assisting me, the customer. I'm very unhappy with my customer service experience and wanted a response from Kwik Trip Corporate. This is now my 3rd attempt to get a resolution to my issue and still no contact. This is not acceptable and shows utter disrespect to their customers like myself.

      I do not accept this response, as the business doesn't address the issues pertaining to why I made the complaint against Kwik Trip in the first place, particularly the terrible customer service at their store, as well as the fact that no one responded to me until I had to make yet another (my 3rd attempt) to reach Kwik Trip customer service.by contacting the ********************.  There's no reason why it should take this much effort to get a response from a company, especially one that purports to be customer focused.

      Kwik Trip suspended me on October 30th and I was not informed of being terminated until I noticed I was no longer able to access my employee login and was no longer scheduled. I tried calling the district leader 3 separate times, all being unsuccessful. I worked the whole fiscal year and am being denied my year end bonus check. The whole situation is and was being handle very unprofessionally and I feel I was wrongly terminated.

      I went to kwik trip #*** through their car wash and got a touch free wash in my 2020 ******* When I checked my car (didnt check until I reached my destination about 15 minutes away) I noticed that there was damaged to the rear right end of my car. The tags were shredded off, my taillight was cracked, and by the emblem and sr there is noticeable clear coat missing. I returned backed to the store and talked to the manager who took photos . I emailed kwik trip separately. They got in contact with me stating they received my complaint but didnt receive the stores yet, so I had to call the store again and have them resend it, and I sent my photos it. Over a week goes by, and I hear nothing, so I call. ***** (********* location?) says she hasnt even looked at the photos yet or the footage and says shell call me back. An hour later she tells me that didnt happen in our car wash theres been no other complaints and well only cover the tabs the vehicle is hardly 3 years old, the tabs were brand new SEPTEMBER OF 24. and all the damage is along the RIGHT SIDE of this car. I have had it for 3 months, there was NO damage on my car. As a single mother, I wont be able to fix this damage, and it will only get worse overtime as my car will rust quicker and water will get in doing extensive damage. I tried explaining it had to have been the water pressure and was told it isnt possible and theyve never had complaints. Im making a complaint and trying to save from bigger problems in the future! Its sad that kwik trip is so friendly and family oriented until its behind clothes doors.A $12 car was is gonna cost me much more in the long run. I tried to be polite and solve this in the friendliest way possible, and will still if somebody else can help me come to a solution before having to go another route. Ive given kwik trip my business for years and would love to continue, if theyre willing to take accountability, which so far not.

      We are sorry to hear that ***************** feels that the damage to her vehicle was caused by the 8/31/23 carwash visit at our Kwik Trip #*** store located in ********************.

      The claim was filed on Friday 9/1/23 and our representative, ************** called the guest on Tuesday 9/5/23 after returning from the Labor Day weekend.  They discussed the situation and ***** asked ***************** to send photos of the vehicle.   The photos were received on 9/5/23.

      ***** reviewed the guests photos and the carwash video.  Video footage of the touch-free wash confirmed that nothing touched the vehicle except water and cleansing product.   It is not possible for water to scratch paint,crack a taillight or peel clear coat. 

      In addition, ***** reviewed the carwash records and reported work orders and found that 51 vehicles went through this carwash bay on that date and there were no other claims of damage.  If there were a mechanical issue it would continue to cause damage to multiple vehicles until the equipment was repaired. 

      ***** spoke with ****************** on 9/14/23 and explained that there was no evidence that the carwash caused the damage to her vehicle.  ***** did offer to pay for ******************** tabs as they are attached by adhesive and may come off in wash.  All carwashes have conspicuous signs posted stating that anything attached by adhesive may come off in a high-pressure wash.  ****************** was quite upset, did not accept the offer of payment for the tabs and threatened to pursue the matter further.  ***** agreed that was her right to do so.   

      We do not want to lose one of our valued customers because of this unfortunate situation.  We would like to offer ****************** a $100 gift card as a token of ***************** that she will continue to enjoy visiting our stores.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Water pressure is 100% capable of removing paint , as noted by my auto shop that he has seen paint damage before cause by the car wash. Your car wash cause $1600 damage on my new car , and the cracking in my tail light is consistent with nozzles.  I have the report from my auto shop. It is ******% possible, because water with such high pressure can literally cut through things. So that was a lie that water isnt capable. $100 gift card isnt going to help me fix my car, and as a single mother, its unfortunate that Ill have to struggle for months to pay damage you wont hold yourselves accountable for. The video footage is not clear enough to catch the clear coat missing, you cant even see it within 6 feet with the naked eye. HOLD YOURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE. Just because nobody ********* a claim doesnt mean I must be lying about mine, as ***** made it out to be. This is disgusting attitude. A $100 gift card is an insult to someone whos given you THOUSANDS over the years between myself and my family. Or show me the video footage that I supposedly had the damage prior, because you guys have refused. Youre LYING.
