First, this business is completely unprofessional. Calling the office, youre lucky if you can get a hold of someone. Also when you do reach them they are condescending and unprofessional. Everything is someone elses fault. They will do anything that is illegal because they use vulnerable and uneducated adults to rent to. Knowing the hassle of the legal system being the only way to receive compensation. They will enter your apartment without notice. Say something will be fixed, and doesn't become fixed.I had an apartment with horrible water pressure and lacking hot water. There answer was "at least you have water" as if that was all they required to rent out an apartment.I reached out to other tenants in the building, and all had horrible water pressure for multiple years without a resolution. One lady said she had to clean herself in the kitchen sink, so no reason why maintenance should've been in my apartment. This went on for seven months for me. I convinced health inspector to visit, and right away he declared it was uninhabitable because of health and safety issue. Did Munson apoligize, offer a hotel, or offer to not charge rent? No they asked for full rent even though it was uninhabitable. They then evicted me which is retaliation. Causing me to pay legal fees, and have eviction on my record. Years later, a police detective emailed and called me because someone vandalized their sign. I wasn't even in the state.

I would love to give this company a negative ten. They stole my deposit money and lied and said I ripped out the smoke detector out the wall but it wants even installed when I first moved in and I did the renters documents stating that the smoke detector was missing. I called and tried to resolve the issue but they put on my credit that I owed them money they are scammers go look at how they talk to your renters on ******** very nasty attitude having people
