I have had many loans through skytrail. I've always been able to pay them back without any issues. However, due to the economic situation. My work has been nearly cut in half. I've already paid $864 on an original $400 loan and the balance is still $384.00. I do not have the funds to make the payments

I've been a faithful customer with **********************. I've had a few loans with them and always paid them off on or before time. I recently have had financial difficulties due to pay decrease. I feel behind a couple payments with SkyTrail but I called them ahead of time to discuss my issue. I called today to try and make biweekly payments of $50 until debt is paid. My balance is a little over $400. I explained to them that I could pay this without overdrafting my account. I have been a great customer. Never defaulted on a loan with them. They refuse to work with me. They would rather I pay nothing and let my account go into collections and maybe court than to work with me on settling my account. I'm trying to pay this off. This is the only creditor that would not work with me.

I've been doing business with STC for almost two years. They help out in a tight time. But now I can't seem to stop doing business with. I'm on disability and work part time(10 hrs a week). So they seem to know when I'm about to overdraft my bank account cause that's when they offer to refinance and hand me more cash. So the loan and payments start over. Recently I refinanced cause I fell behind one two payments. Due to covid related illness. ****** was financed, now I owe *******. I asked about paying that off on the first of the month, they stated it would be over 500 then. That's more than half my disability check! I called and explained my situation. Told them I'd been a loyal customer and they have made lots of money of me. Can I please get a break. Was offered to take next month payment and take it and add to end of payment plan. Or 50$ off next month payment. My payment has averaged 400 for a 600 dollar loan. High interest rates, I understand. But they make it hard to get loans payed. I feel abused. Are they really above the any state law as they advertise?? How can this be allowed?? Is there federal relief?? Was getting copies of loans for past two years but something new, they deleted past loans. No access for evidence. But bank account statement from 2020 when I started doing business with them.

I took out a loan with SkyTrail Cash. I was able to make a few payments. I did advise that my mother passed away and of course I had not been to work. The only thing offered was a discounted payment. I also advised of other health issues that I have to deal with for my father. They advised they are unable to assist.
