I have contacted this company many times in the past to try and set up a payment arrangement or a settlement on my loans but they won't talk to me about those options until I provide them with my banking information. I'm not comfortable doing that until an agreement has been made.Business Response

Green line approved fraud loan in my name without checking the credit bureau. They then started calling my phone and soliciting for my DOB and SS number. I believe this company is trying to obtain this information for collection and they do not have my SS number. I am obligated to prove that this was not my loan yet the money was transferred to someone other than me.. If they had done a better job of getting the information correct prior to issuing the loan then I would not have to prove anything. Very poor practices for a company that does loans. I have done my part to put a hold on any further credit scams but like I said this loan has not shown up in the credit bureau.Business Response

My husband has since been laid off and I have no way to pay this hight payments and interest. I have seen also learned this type of loans are illegal in my state! I wish for my account to be closed, and marked as paid in full and no more payments withdrawn.Business Response

In May of 2023, I took out a $300 loan with Greenline loans. To date I have paid several payments of ****** totaling $434.32. I still have 5 payments of ****** left which is an additional $542.90, which is outrageous. I've done some research on tribal loans and have found several lawsuits against tribal lenders and I also found a Supreme Court case about the usury that comes with these loans. The APR is ridiculous and I cannot afford to keep making these payments and being taken advantage of as the loan has already been satisfied. I am asking that this is resolved before my next payment on 8/11 with no further payments as I have obtained legal advice. Loan **********Business Response

The loan disbursed by this company is ILLEGAL under ****** Statute 604A.010 law, and while they claim tribal immunity, I have found that due to a federal Supreme Court case in 2016 they cannot legally administer loans under the guise of tribal lending. They have no paperwork to adequately prove that they have a sufficient connection to the tribe the claim to be operating under, and they arent licensed in the ***********. Tribal lenders like Green ***** Loans have been sued for violating state and federal regulations and lying about their connections to tribes. To Green ***** Loans, you are to close my account immediately. The premium for the loan has been paid in complete with more than enough interest for survival. I have obtained legal advice and am aware that what youre doing is illegal and will not hold up in any court. You have 30 days from today to close my account.Business Response
