A couple of weeks ago I rented a pontoon boat from this company for 4 hours during our family vacation in Lake Geneva. I received a call a couple hours after returning the boat claiming that there was prop damage and that they were going to charge me $225 for this. I have 10 family witnesses that will attest that I never, ever even came remotely close to the shoreline and there is absolutely no way that I hit anything! That prop was damaged before I took the boat. I have been operating boats for over 35 years and I would have known if I hit something. After reading more customer reviews, I have found that many, many other customers have fell victim to this same scam from this same company.Initial Complaint

I rented a boat from this company, paid over $618 to rent the boat for the day. On the day of the rental no one showed up to let me rent the boat and they would not respond to my calls and e-mails for help. They have not responded to my calls and emails asking for a refund of my $618. I paid them in full for a service that was it provided for me and now they wont respond to my calls to rectify the issueInitial Complaint

We have rented a boat on 8/28. It was a 4 hour rental. The first 30 min were fine but shortly after that it started to rain. We tried to make the most of it but it would not stop raining so we decided to go back to the deck and leave for the day. My husband spoke with someone while we were there and they told him that they will look into a refund. We left for the day and Once I got the email for the day it noted we will get a refund for 30 min. Not sure why just 30. I decided to call and left a messages and also send an email. No one go back to me so I sent another email. Someone emailed me back and was confirming all the details and then didn't reply again. A week later I called and left another messages. The person I spoke with was not rude but question as to why we still stayed on the bot while it rained. I explain that it was because we came from kinda far and wanted to try and enjoy but we decided to ended it because of the rain. She said no one else got a refund so we couldn't.
