My hubby and I put our travel trailer on one of their lots for the season 23'-24'. On May 27th 2024 we came up to get the camper to travel further north for a few days and upon arrival one of our camper window was broken. It had a good size rock thrown at it. I walked down to the office but as I was walking I realized it was a holiday so I decided to walk over to the site manager (Kyle) trailer as he lives on site. I at first stood outside his trailer and said hello, is anyone home? I noticed the windows were open and cars were in the drive. I heard music so I decided to go knock on the screen door. I knocked but the music was up so I knocked a little harder but nothing drastic. A woman comes to the door so I ask her if the new site manager or if the old site manager (Kyle) lives there and she said no. Then Kyle comes to the door?! I tell him about my broken window and if he needed to come look? He said no very rudely and told me to turn it into ins. I said ok. I said maybe someone mowing the lot kicked the rock up but I remembered the rock was bigger so that couldn't be. Kyle then said for me to prove it was maint. then shut the door in my face. I walked back to the camper confused to what just transpired. I get back to the camper and now he is furiously walking towards me and my camper. I assumed it was to look at my window. He then started to scream at me to NEVER come up to his house as he is NOW the regional manager and I have no business being on his deck. He was very harassing. I was a little taken back considering the vandalism done to my camper and also to another campers travel trailer. Also, the website says..on site manager. It was not like I was there to borrow toilet paper. His behavior was erratic and very much a bully. He could have told me on the deck not to come to his house but yet he followed me to my camper to scream and shout. I really was not mad about the rock as I am at his behavior for being someone that is a regional manager. Never again!
