Have had a total of five companies out to look at some issues with my pool and spa combo. None of the companies were able to figure out the issues at hand. Finally found Poolblu and had them come out to see if they might be able to figure out a solution to our issues. They were able to get two techs out a couple days after calling them. After some time Ian and Zach were able to fix some of the issues right then and there but had to order some specialty parts needed. The day the parts came in I received an email and the same two techs were out the very next day. The techs that were on site were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were able to fix all the issues that I knew of and found some other small ones that I was unaware of. The ones I was unaware of were really simple ones that they took care of while on site at no extra charge. I will be using Poolblu for all and any pool and spa needs I have from here on out. I have since switched to them for maintenance once a week and they do not disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMENDReview from Blaire B

Misleading, flase advertising on web page, poor communication and unwilling to honor prices stated on their page. Allowing customers to submitt orders and plan around a submission then not honor an order placed and demand more money then originally stated. They allowed me to purchase item for a price then Sends email saying glitch on their end put wrong prices and they need more money to send it. Attempted to come to a middle and travel a good way to collect the item they sold me then emailed saying they needed more money to fulfill due to "glitch" asking for a discounted rate considering the burden is theirs no call or reply and no attempt to fix their mistakes. They state in a footer of their email "they value personal relationships with customers" but have no action to do so. Don't use this company spend time to find one willing to be held responsible for their "glitch" and who values their customers enough to reply and find a happy medium. This company is not that at all.
