I paid frank ***** on April 1st. He said he could start the job may 15th ish. May 17th he came to re measure May 21st said he was ordering material June 1 st said hed be by Monday or Tuesday and never showed June16 said delivery was coming and hed be by tomorrow morning, never showed June 18th I asked for my money back so he showed up the 19th and put scaffolding up and built half a wall on the ground and was at my place for materials to arrive. 1 -5:30 ( 4.5 hours) July 7th said he was coming never showed July 18th asked when he was coming back said he sending sending a guy July 19th guy came out and sat and ate food in my front yard for about 3 hours. Also was interrupting other workers by trying to conversant bc he was waiting for frank to show up. He put the half wall up and sided it. (Still missing the top of that wall and the other half of the wall he was here at 12 and gone by 6 ish. About 3 hrs of work. July 25th I asked when hed be back he said next week and never showed July 28th said he be out aug 2nd never showed Aug 13 said hed be out the 15th never showed.aug 15 th said hed be out the 16th never showed Aug 16th said hed be out the ***** Never showed Now is saying h*** be here the 19th this has cost me insurance premium ********* lose of use for my farm, expenses of having to build other shelters to keep livestock safe.
