      I purchased a vehicle from Domine, which is two hours away from me, on 9-7-23 after going and seeing the vehicle. It was delivered with all of the stickers still on the windows the next day. I was told by the man who delivered it to remove the ones that were hard to get off with a razor blade and vinegar. Not knowing any better, I did that. It scratched the back passenger window, which I was told after the fact has window tinting on it and that you cannot use a razor blade on it. I called Domine, and their solution was for me to drive the two-hour one way drive there and they would remove the window tinting completely from that one window. Even though it was a person from their business who told me to use a razor blade, they told me it was my fault on the ****** review that I left them. There was also a parking light burned out that I did not notice, and I mentioned that to them too. The next day the service engine soon light came on, and I am told by my local **** dealer it is a problem with the emissions, probably the purge valve. I have called and asked to speak to the owner, but he will not return my phone calls. I have spoken to the salesman, ******, who sold me the vehicle, and he is the one who told me I could drive there and they would remove the window tint. I spent almost $14,000 to get this vehicle, and now it needs several repairs done to it. I believe they knew there was an issue with the fuel system.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I took the vehicle and had the issue resolved before contacting ****** makes no sense.  *********** engine soon light came on, so I stopped and had the vehicle hooked up to find out what the problem was.  How that equates to "resolved" before I talked to ****** is beyond me.
