I have been trying to reach Urban Air since 11/28/23 for reoccurring charges since August 2023. I was billed again in January ****. No one from the company has responded to emails or phone calls.Initial Complaint

The website to this adventure park offers a membership service which is such a great deal compared to the daily rate charges. After trying several times, for one week, to purchase a membership online through the business website it kept declining my bank (Chase) card. I had called ***** to make sure we had no issues on our end and they confirmed that the business has not even attempted to withdraw the fee of $32.67 for the monthly membership I tried purchasing for the Urban Air Adventure Park. I had a few family members attempt to do the same and they had the exact same outcome. We tried contacting the business which only gave us the store number and spoke with the representative who has nothing else to tell us besides they cannot do membership transactions in the store and everything is done online. This business is offering a service that they will not make available for purchase, only to make people purchase single day passes for a higher price. They bait this service to reject it but will take a payment if you are purchasing a gift certificate or a single day pass for a higher price. All in all, you can not purchase a membership that the company is offering because they make it so they blame your bank for rejecting the payment so you will have to purchase single day passes for more money. Credit or debit card it does not matter if all says "your card has been declined" when in fact it does not even show up as a attempted transaction with ***** or ****************. Something is not right here and the bank representative agreed that not a single attempt from the Urban Air Adventure Park business has tried to attemp a charge.Business response
