      I had lived in ********************************** until 8/14/2022. My move-out date was August 14, 2022, and the billing date was August 23. I paid $887.5 for various denominations, but the amount I want to complain about now is $700.As in the picture I attached, there are two dents on the two doors of the refrigerator. Because of this, they told me they had to replace the doors, so $700 would be deducted from the security deposit. Embarrassed, I requested an invoice. At the same time, I said that if they replaced the door, I would take the old door. So far, they haven't even provided an invoice, and they've changed their minds. They said it would cost $700 to replace the door, and got $700 from me, but they haven't repaired or replaced the door yet. Also, they said the cost to replace the door is about $919 and the cost to replace the refrigerator is about $971. I was asked whether to take the old doors and pay $219 which is the difference between what I'd already paid and the cost of replacing only doors, or to not take doors and let them replace the whole refrigerator without paying any more.I still don't understand why such small dents caused the 700+a price. When I said I would take the invoice and the old doors, their request to pay more to take them is also unpleasant. Also, my move-out date was August 14th, and I can't believe that the refrigerator hasn't been repaired or replaced for more than two months and so far.I would like to pay a reasonable amount for repairs, but I have no doubts that at least $700 is too much for repairs.
