I had ***** detail my car. We add agreed on 325 for him to detail my car. I was under the impression he would also be waxing my car, as his business card does say he offers ********************* hot steam cleaning, carpet shampooing and more". He had also asked if I wanted my exterior done and I said it didn't need a wash but could use a waxing. He never once said he didn't offer that when I said it could use a waxing. He only acknowledged to me that he doesn't have snapchat for me to send him pics of my car. ***** ended up being 2 hours late to deliver my car which threw my entire schedule off and I didn't have the time to fully inspect my car before leaving. Shortly after leaving though, I did notice that my windshield was not cleaned. I texted him about it and he said he forgot. I then asked him again about my driver side windows were also still dirty and that's when he came clean telling me he forgot to do my windows entirely. He offered to finish them but I was already busy and didn't have the time to have him do it. Upon further inspection of my car I also noticed my current handicap paperwork and my current state park sticker were both missing. I felt beyond violated to find out my handicap paperwork was missing. At that point, any sort of trust I could have in him was absolutely destroyed. I do not trust this man in my car whatsoever. I then also realized my exterior had not been waxed nor had my engine been washed. Then today, I found his website where he has packages listed from $130 to $180 dollars. He completed 40% of the job. I asked to get 50% of my money back cause I had also tipped him $25, bringing the total to $350. I don't understand how he feels he can get away with charging nearly double of what he has listed and doesn't even fully complete the job. When I tried to ask him in person for my money back he felt it was appropriate to get right in my face and yell that he wouldn't give me my money back.
