      ***********;

      This is my response to the complaint regarding *****************************. Due to the severity of these allegations, I am going to attach supporting documents. ***************************** has been a complete nightmare to work with! She has been verbally abusive to staff, makes appointments she doesn't keep, but on top of all of this we have still remained professional, helpful and timely in response to any issues she may have had.

      Before the purchase ***************************** and my wife *******, had some pretty personal conversations, small talk if you will. In the midst of that conversation she showed ******* and ****** a pink handgun. This information will be important shortly. After purchasing the car **************** went to Autozone and had the car scanned. The Customer's complaint was that the engine light was on. The Autozone tech told Clack the car's catalytic converter needed to be replaced and that the car was not safe to drive. We have an account with Autozone and they apologize because the sales associate that she was working with should not have given her any mechanical advice as he is not a mechanic. ******** called and spoke with ******* and told her the car is not safe to drive and she wanted her money back and she was coming to the shop to come get it one way or another. After seeing that *************** had a firearm and how aggressive her tone was we made the decision to connect with the police.
      .

      Clacks called a week or so later and asked if we could do the repairs. She apologized for her behavior and we decided to move forward with a diagnostic as well as repairs. We diagnosed the vehicle and found the issues, and gave her half off the repairs. ****** did not have all the money and I took $250 on the repairs attached. When ******** came in for repairs she had already put ***** miles on her vehicle in one month. So the car is plainly driving just fine at this point but I digress.

      Receipt Attached - paid Ace Auto $250 cash and signed the receipt NO MORE FREE REPAIRS after today and and all repairs will be the customer responsibility 100%

      I went over and beyond for her and she posted a number of social media post that has cause issue to say the less - attached

      The mileage lie is one thing but to post false statements on social media March 29 but the video was from Jan 25th 2024.. She even went to the extreme of using Clickbait (Picture of sexy bag lady)  so that people will click on the post viewing one thing but the topic is something else. Defamation of character is at play here and I haven't even done anything about it, which I honestly should have.

      I spoke to Herb the Mechanic, he said Clack drives Uber and Lyft, explains the miles.
      First day miles from her video Auto zone scan showed miles date and vin 179k Jan,25, 2024

      Then March 29th the day the motor went out and had the car towed to her mechanic shop.
      Herb (Clack friend Mechanic)  sent me a picture of the current screenshot dated March 29, 2024
      Miles 190k. From my calculations that is ******k.

      Car was purchased in January and now has ****** miles on it. I don't understand how you can put ****** miles on a vehicle in 2 months, but that does make sense with her ubering and lyfting. The mileage matches all the paperwork and I have screenshots of the odometer from her coming in to get work done on the vehicle. I don't understand how you can put ****** miles on a vehicle in 2 months. This complaint is frivalice, we have gone over and beyond to make this customer happy. Please let me know if you have any further questions for me. Or if anything else is needed from me.

      I was sold a car and it broke down within 2 days then he agreed to fix the car for me but i asked for the contract to be voided which he agreed to with no additional cost of contract cancellation for the ********************************************************************************************************************************* and make the contract which i did not ask for i made it clear that i was looking to browse though his selections and not make a solid choice yet. He agreed that he would keep the car in shop because it was new into his shop so he could do his inspection over the car no agreements were made that day. A week later i got a call to come back the car was ready to be picked up. I picked the car up test drove it i told him there was a problem with the suspension but said it seemed minor one thing i did tell him about was that there is a leak in the car and he said its due to overflowed liquid which he said he would look at. At a discounted price in his repair shop after the contract was signed. When i made it clear i wasnt interested in the sale of the car he got agitated and slammed his hands on the table and said he made the contract already so if i didnt want the car i would have to pay the cancellation fee of 2700$ which includes the fee to cancel the contract of both cars which i gave him 2000$ down payment plus 829$ in tax and plates he said i owed which i was not shown any receipt for. So i was locked into purchasing the vehicle with fore-mentioned issues or he would not give me the car or the money I previously gave him

      I sold ***** a 2014 **** fusion the transmission went out on the vehicle. I resolve that issue right away, I went and picked up the car gave him a loaner and proceeded the resolution process. ***** decided he did not want anything to do with the fusion repaired or not. Because the car was purchased under a loan I started the resend process cancellation and was able to get **** a vehicle that he wants. I made ***** aware because he was making the decision to go with a different car he would have to pay for his registration that money does not come to me. ***** and I both agreed this was the process that we would take to resolve the matter I gave ***** A 2007 ***** that he was happy with. I let ***** test the car for about a week before we finalize the purchase to make sure that he was happy. I made ***** aware that he would have to pay for the registration on the car but I paid for the cancellation of the loan. I went over and beyond to make ***** happy but there is lack of knowledge about car purchasing process that he is not understanding I gave him the option of canceling the deal all together and he refused that option and went with the new car he now has and is very happy with. The titling cost is the same for everyone and he dose not understand that because it says $80 for title there is still registration and tax fees.

      I hope this helps I have the back and forth text messages That I had to stop responding to because we were getting nowhere. If you send me the original letter I will respond in more detail if needed. Again thank you let me know if you need anything else.
