      First thet never gave me receipts 2nd they never fixed the problem. 3rd they messed up my electric breaking system in my car an I can't drive plus there is a warrenty car hop of appleton. An I never had my check engine light on now I do an my cars breaks are locking up when I drive. I want my money back an 3000 to ************************************************************** my car. An I want the **** dealership of wausau wi to fix the issues an meineke to pay for everything they messed up.

      Hello,

      Our responsibility, costs for repairs, parts acquisition and warranty are all in accordance to industry standards for automotive repairs with the named customer, CarHop Fleet. As CarHop is our named customer, without a complaint for repairs from CarHop we do not have any issues with the repairs performed. ****** receives a copy of the invoice as they are responsible for paying for and in these cases, the owner of the car may share in the repairs as authorized by the customer, CarHop. Attached is a copy of the invoice to CarHop for the repairs authorized by CarHop. 

      Any additional repairs or concerns outside of the initial complaint would fall on the owner of the vehicle who would then become the named customer on the repair order. 

      ******************** is no longer welcome in our shop based on his poor behavior, threating words and disrespectful phone calls and verbiage with staff at the shop.

      What they can show you the bill but not give me nothing. First of all the cradle wasn't bad it's the differential. They wouldn't fix the issue I have two mechanics that said the same thing why would a cradle take three weeks to put in. 2 thier rely bad mechanics or 2 like I said my car is sitting broke down in antigo. Differential crapped out yesterday. I had the car one day.  So how did the c*** they did that they didn't do. These parts better match up with ones on the car. An if they do you guys put the crappies parts in. Cause my cars electric breaks are messed up by meineke. My differential louder than ever. It don't take 25 bucks ******* from wausau to ********. You drove that car around I took the milage down before I left. So I need two alignments on my car he'll the **** thing won't move. My car lasted one day an is sitting in walary parking lot in antigo. What did meineke fix? The differential  no. An all that other c*** they did. Why didn't I get to see these bad parts. They weren't bad  half of them became bad cause they cut em off. The car was never fixed an now it's gonna cost me money cause of what they did to it.

      Hello,

      These statements are not consistent with the previously authorized repairs performed and also indicate an additional issue with the vehicle that was not addressed, repaired or covered by any warranty in our store, so again, warranty does not apply in this case. 

      I encourage the customer to find a repair facility that is willing to work with him for these additional repairs as he is no longer welcome in our shops due to his past statements and poor behavior.

      I bought a **** dodge stratus R/T from ********* and drove it back to ********** ********* no problems on September 15th. September 27th I was driving to Mex Mufflers in ******* and broke down due to a broken Crank Position Sensor 3 minutes away from this shop. So I took it into this shop, and they told me it was a crank position sensor. Also, they said that my timing belt needed to be replaced and that came in a kit with the water pump, pullies, etc. After they installed it he called me back and said the parts were faulty and he was waiting on replacement ones to come in. They finally got back to me on October 5th and said it was all good to go to be picked up. I came and picked it up that day total was $1,284.85. I started the car up, and started to head home. My girlfriend and I stopped at chic fil a in ******* which was about 6 minutes from the shop. I recognized that my temperature gauge hadnt moved off cold the whole time and it was a warm day outside(My temperature gauge never did this before). I called the shop back and asked them if Im good to go or if I could come back to the shop for them to look at it. He told me they put a lot of miles on my car and that I was good to go. Not even 10 minutes on the highway my temperature gauge went from cold to hot all of a sudden and white smoke out of my exhaust. I immediately shut the car off and was stranded once again. I called the shop of course frustrated and they were able to get it towed back to the shop(which they didnt charge me). They said they would figure out the issue, and that I shouldnt worry about it. I finally got a call back today October 18th and he told me that my repairs were non refundable, and I should take it to this motor shop down the street since they are unable to replace my head gasket which is blown. Ive been trying to speak with the manager but have not yet had a chance. They never get back to me unless I call them. It is my only vehicle right now and I have to depend on my family.
