In late July my wife and I purchased ($5,800) a bathroom vanity set (vanity, top, sinks, mirrors, faucets) from Gerhards in ******* for a new home we are building. This bathroom set is the last thing that needs to get installed by our contractor so that the house can receive it's final move-in inspection. As of December 15, we have received only the two sinks that attach to the vanity top. We did receive a vanity in September, but found it was broken. Gerhards sales agent ******************* said we would have to call Kohler to get a new vanity. I thought this was odd, but I did and Kohler said that Gerhards needs to re-order the vanity. I called ************** back to relay the message I received from Kohler and he re-ordered the vanity. When I spoke with Kohler, they said there had the specific vanity ordered in stock and it would be no problem for Gerhards to get a new one for us. Needless to say we haven't received it. ************** called me on Nov 18, to let me know the vanity was in and that he was waiting for other items on our order to arrive before he delivered them. On Nov 22, ************** called an said that the vanity top was in, but still waiting for other items to arrive. I called him back and explained that Gerhards could deliver the vanity and top, and that I would come in and pick up the faucets and mirrors when they came in. He said he would check with delivery on setting a date and call me back the following day. Well he never called me back and despite repeated calls to him (voice messages left) he has not returned our calls and given us an expected delivery date. I went to the store on Dec 11 to see if he was in, and was told he would be in later in the day, The sales agent on duty said she would leave a message for him to call us back that day. We have heard nothing. I left a voicemail with ************** on Dec 14 and he has not returned my call. My wife and I are disappointed now that we won't be able to move into our new home to celebrate Christmas.
