I purchased an ebike back in May. Almost 3 months of having this bike I started having issues. Rattle coming from the back tire, rear brakes would sqeek and the bike shut down while riding. I brought it in for repairs. A week later I picked up the bike and they replaced main motor. Asked about the rattle and the tech had no idea what I was talking about. Said it was the coating on the spikes and it should go away. Asked about the brakes. Again he had no idea what I was talking about. He grabbed some grease and put it in the rear disc break. The sqeek wasn't there which I was happy about, but the bike itself didn't ride the same. Called them up a couple days later and said this bike rides completely different. When they replaced the motor, this is how the bike actually rides is what I was told. I felt like I was sold a defective bike. The tech confirmed this in so many words but wouldn't actually say it. Told me the first 2 electric gears on this bike are useless. He said he'd talk to my salesperson and he'd call me back. He never did. After waiting for a couple days. I call back and talk to the owner. Explained my story and he said he'd call me back. Never did. Had the bike performed the way it does now I never would have spent close to 1800$. The bike was defective on the first initial test ride. I was sold a defective ebike.
