  I have made three orders from Global Coin but on my 4th order they took my credit card and said my order would be shipped out next week never heard anything back I called the following week at first they sent me to a voicemail and I left a message and still no call back on the second call back. I got someone to actually help me said he was the vice president. He told me I was placed on a list where my order could not be placed and could not tell me why, and said it was against the law if he placed my order there should’ve been some kind of explanation. I have never done anything wrong. I have never disputed anything and my payments always go through. I truly believe it’s because I order the advertised loss leader that they sell so you call in to order and then they try to sell you overpriced other items which I choose not to purchase and I think since I’ve never purchased anything except for the advertise deal that they took My last order and decided not to ship it to me and put me on a list that is terrible business practices you can’t blame somebody for wanting to order something on an advertise price. That is a good deal and then not purchase any of the other items that you try to sell that are way overpriced and when I decide not to buy those items, you just choose to take me off a list and not explain whyand say it’s against the law to sell to me. Once again, absolutely terrible business practice and then proceeded to tell me, don’t let one coin ruin my holiday if I was doing something wrong, maybe I would understand but all I’ve ever done is call and place an order and my payment has always gone through and I’ve never disputed anything and I have no kind of any negative record, criminally or credit i’ve said it three times now, but I can tell you that is terrible business practice don’t advertise something and somebody purchase it and then you cancel their order and take them put them on a list

The payment was never processed in the first place so we couldn't ship you the item. This has nothing to do with your ordering of an advertised product or not taking upsells of other products. This was a payment issue and we do apologize that the representative you spoke with didn't relay that clearly to you or suggest a way to resolve the issue.   I have been working with Troy for my last three purchases. Troy is extremely professional and understands what types of specimens I am looking for.   Order turned out to be exemplary, once I got some understanding from the **** Beautiful gold and silver coins. I have purchased from them for couple years. ***** and ******* are righteous people. Will buy from them again. Actually at these prices, wish I could obtain more sales items.

  I have collected coins for over 70 years. 15 years ago, I decided to get serious about top notch coins. I chose the professionals at Global Coin before and after their name change. I found it to be easy to establish a rapport which allowed easy communication and quick service. My broker is Abby. I just purchased a super rare 7 coin error set of silver eagles. A fantastic buy. A great way to beat inflation.
