    I made a purchase from this company. They printed for me 6 demo decks of a game I created and all 6 of them were cut improperly. They tried to say it was my fault for having art to close to the edge, but they are just trying to shift the blame on me. I requested a reprint or possibly submitting new art and they rejected my request claiming it was my fault, not their's. I have over 20 years as a graphic designer with print shop experience and I know how everything operates. This error was caused by a poor cut job and lack of quality control.

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased cards from this company, where they charged almost $10 in additional fees (shipping, handling, taxes and insurance) on top of the purchase price. I purchased the cards on March 1 and they were delivered April 4th, more than one month later, after i have already moved homes. I recieved an email from them yesterday asking me to review my order, to which I contacted them that I never recieved it and have since moved as of April 1st. Had I known that an "alleged" Wisconsin based business would take over 30 days to ship CARDS I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The customer service rep was ridiculously rude going back and forth with me that I Should've known they take over 30 days -when it is not listed anywhere on the receipt, and she refused to provide any resolution to my issue. I would not recommend this business for thier unethical practices, poor customer service, lack of communication at the initial point of sale, and inability to provide customer satisfaction.

    As we explain on our site, we are a print-on-demand company, and produce games and decks as they are ordered. Because of this, we have production queues through which orders are produced based on when they were placed. We offer an estimated ship date in the Shopping Cart and during the checkout process so that customers can be aware of when their order may be ready to leave our facility. (Expedited processing is an option that's available during checkout.). We also note estimated shipping times for each available shipping method. The cost for the product, any taxes, shipping insurance, handling fees, and shipping is clearly displayed during checkout before the payment method is selected and payment information is entered. We think it's important to communicate this information to customers, and for customers to be able to make an educated decision about their order *before* it's placed. Unfortunately, not all customers utilize the information that is available to them. We would have been more than happy to work with this customer in changing the shipping address prior to their order shipping, had they communicated that their address would be changing; however, they did not contact us regarding their order until July 7th, whereas their order was shipped on March 29th. Per their message at that time, they had moved on April 1st. At the time the customer's order was placed (March 1st), the estimated ship date was April 18th. We actually shipped their order close to three weeks early, so we exceeded the expectation set by the information provided during checkout. There's just not much we can do about the fact that the customer chose not to read or utilize that information, and also chose not to contact us for three months after moving.
