On June 9, 2022, I purchased a charger adapter for $16.99. Which I felt was a lil expensive but still purchased. I got home with the adapter and started charging my phone and the adapter began to over heat. The store don't give out receipts of the detailed product but only the amount they charge you like a debit, credit, or food share receipt but nothing of the items you've purchased. So I went back to the store tried to return it and the young man by the name of Jawad, informed me to come back when the lady that I brought it from was present since she didn't give me a receipt and that they usually give refunds back and work with people so I did that and she goes to say that she don't remember selling me the adapter and that I didn't have a receipt. She didn't try to work with me at all. She then told me no exchange or refund then I told her that I've seen them give refunds and exchanges before. I've exchanged things multiple times within the last 11 years of me making purchases there. Then I told her that they don't give out receipts because I've never received a receipt within the last 11 years I've been shopping there. The store is highly expensive and they are bias. I've seen them give back several people of non color their money back for unsatisfied product but I was told there is no exchange or refund when it doesn't state that anywhere in the store as a policy, which I feel is very unfair to all customers. I just want my $18 and some change back for the adapter and I'll return their product
