The date of the transaction is March 29, 2024. $130.00 was paid to this business, in exchange they are to provide with (1) 800 Grams of whole root bark.This bark is a necessary need for me to continue to run and operate my small business. For which is what I use as a dye for my tee shirts small business. Order #**** and was supposed to be sent as an overnight shipping package that I did pay additional funds to cover. I have made several phone calls every single day, or that is provided on sites that I'm finding online ring and eventually I get hung up on as it goes to a dial tone and the call is dropped. I have wrote several emails letters attempting to make contact with the company, however, I have yet to be contacted in return. there has been no attempts made from this business to resolve my issue and or two process a refund of the money that was paid for services and products that were not provided as promised. I'm not really sure I will be able to recover any of my funds, but it is extremely important that I file a complaint against them in hopes that it will help prevent any additional people from following in my footsteps and making the same mistake that I have made. Please advise so I may proceed further with any necessary actions that might be taken on my part thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company and made payment promptly. I followed their instructions and sent them a screenshot of the payment screen. I expected to receive my products the next business day as per their websites disclosure and since November 25th the company has not responded to a single email of mine inquiring to the whereabouts of the order or has a functional phone line for me to leave a message or speak to anyone.Initial Complaint

This company told me they were a legitimate business so I ordered mimosa root from them using Bitcoin as payment. They never gave me shipping confirmation number and won't respond to my emails. I've read multiple complaints about this company multiple people on various sites like reddit. I paid using Bitcoin as payment and following the money by wallet address and transactions this goes to a Bitcoin wallet with a couple hundred+ thousand dollars. They also run a scam VPN service called PERFECT PRIVACY, LLC that appears to be based out of province floridaInitial Complaint

On August 1st 2023 I purchased 2 kg of Mimosa hostilis root powder for $150. I paid and have confirmation emails that payment was received. I haven't received what I ordered. I've emailed, called, and called using Whatsapp. I haven't received any responses.Initial Complaint

On 7/26/23 I spend 165$ for hearbs that were to be overnighter. I emailed the company and asked if it was a legit company with the intentions of delivering my ordered products in which I got a single response of " yes". I have sent 20 messages and called umpteen times in which it just rings and rings and no responses to any further emails. This is not buyers remorse this is getting scammed.Initial Complaint

On July 2nd I placed an order and paid extra for overnight shipment. I paid in bitcoin the transaction was approved and completed same day. I paid extra to expedite the bitcoin confirmation process as well. Today is July 18th I have not received the product and I have reached out via email, phone call, and ******** and have not received a response on my order status when I check online it says processing but 16 days and still processing when the website states shipped next day and I paid for overnight shipment I am beginning to think I am not recieving my order at all.
