On 2/28/2022, I signed a bathroom remodeling agreement with Badger Baths ************************************************************************ ************ *********** was unable to complete the work and stated that they would refund my $1000 down payment. I continued to wait on my refund as employees kept telling me I should receive it soon. On 8/18/2022 my daughter got in contact with home improvement specialist ********************* ************ and he stated he would get in touch with the owner and get the $1000 check mailed out by the following week. On 8/24/2022 my daughter called and left a text message asking about the refund and received no response. From 8/29/2022 to 9/12/2022 we continued to contact the company and either nobody answers the phone or former employees answer their personal lines saying they no longer work for the company and will leave a message to the owner to get in touch with us. Owner ***************************** ************ doesn't answer or return my calls.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for windows from them in February 2021. It took them until July 2021 to say they ordered the wrong size and I had to threaten to call the police before they told me that. In July they brought the wrong size to my house which I refused. Then they found some that were still not right but closer. They tore up the side of my house and it took 2 days to get them put in and they didn't finish. I have been begging them to finish the job since July. It is now almost November and I just keep getting the run around. They make appointments and then down show up. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I contacted the salesman who I worked with at the beginning, he is no longer with them and he told me they changed their name from *************** to Badgerland Baths to hide all the bad reviews they were getting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They talk a good game but don't believe it!!! After almost 9 months I ended up with the wrong size windows that are still not finished.
