I signed up to receive a Hulu premium package that included HBO, Hulu, Showtime, and Starz for subscription for 12 years on 8 devices. I paid $160 on 2/14/2021. One year later, my services stopped working and I was told I have to sign up for a "Service Pack" that was to last a lifetime. On 3/3/2022, I paid $112 for this Service Pack. Recently, in March of 2023, my service has AGAIN stopped working and was told I have to pay them $100 to have a firewall installed. I told them already have a firewall installed and just want them to activate my account again. It seems that every year there is a new charge of at least $100 to keep the service intact.After many calls and, I cannot get through to them. I have been hung up on multiple times and now it seems my number has been blocked so I cannot get through at all. I have also emailed them on multiple occasions and have not received any response. I do not want to do business with them, but I would like a refund as I am not getting the service I was guaranteed for 12 years. Can you assist?
