We filed a claim with Wisconsin Mutual Insurance for hail damage to our home. The claim **** ******************** came to our home to look over the damage. He was on our roof no more than 5 minutes and came to the conclusion that we did not have a claim. He said we had hail damage, but it must have occurred more than 1 year ago, therefore they would not honor our claim. I have had 3 ******************** here and they said it should have been honored. He was here on our roof for less than 5 minutes and decided it would not be honored. I asked him to contact one of the roofers and he did not.Initial Complaint

I called my insurance agent while on a walk with my neighbor to discuss a possible claim after a bad storm winter storm in Dec ************************************* not sure if there had been damage like the other homes on the block. My agent told me I did not have any coverage for my roof shocked knowing I would not purchase a BRAND NEW HOMEOWNER policy without coverage, I said okay thank you. Getting distracted with life giving birth the weather did not get better another bad storm on March 11,2020 then May 11, then 6/7/22 was the worst 60mph winds tree trunks like post in the ground piles of them everywhere water started falling from daughters ceiling after a bad rainstorms in the summertime a couple days I got a NOTICE from WISCONSIN MUTUAL stating: my Full COVERAGE FOR ******* was going to change to an ACTUAL CASH VALUE after this month and this was my Notice upset I called and tried to figure what had happened my agent denied it all. So I then tried to file a claim for damages inquired so far i filed on June 7, *********************** my dates were not natural disaster dates impossible because on my street alone all 8 homes had there roofs with the same dates Second then they came back ok your dates work but we can only cover the hole not the WHOLE ************* like policy says so $6500 only I refused Iv tried contacting the agent then went above my appraisers head to his boss she told me I was lucky I was getting a DIME. They shouldnt pay me a thing cause it was not filed in a timely fashion even after I told her I had evidence of agent saying I had NO COVERAGE. Now my subsumed overflowed flooded my basement with f**** I had to wetfav it all it call a 24 ******* cause it was 5am then my adjuster same guy as the roof told me they would take care of it still has not I cleaned up all it I scrapped all the asbestos tiles up I cut and lifted all the brand new (1yrold ) carpet moved everything but I have a broken washer dryer took off 3 doors I NEED HELP LOST $
