      I have found Navitus Health Solutions to be totally incompetent and unhelpful. I had received ********** for years from Navitus and other pharmacy managers. I had too many side effects from oral medications which are the only hormone replacement on the formulary. Every time I spoke to Navitus I got a different story and the run around. I spent hours on the phone with Navitus and my physician which caused much stress. My physician sent many replies to their requests. They also laid the blame on ****** **** ***** who laid the blame on the University of **********. After jumping through many hoops it was denied. I was also told that Navitus gives the physician 1-2 days to respond to inquiries. This is unacceptable. Physicians are too busy to respond that quickly. At present my physician has received pages of information to appeal. I cannot ask her to now send my documentation which would be undoubtedly denied. I have also sent letters of complaint to the University of ********** and ****** **** *****. If possible stay away from Navitus.

      This company covered my medication at $50/month until the generic came out a few months ago. Once the generic version became available, they no longer covered the brand name. This would be fine if there was not a significant shortage of the generic medication. I cannot find the generic medication anywhere near where I live. Still, they will not cover the name brand so that I can continue taking my medication. I will not be able to afford to eat for the next week because I have to spend $150 on a 30 day supply of medication. This company does not care about your quality of life, it's only about money for them. Run far away from this company. Find one that actually cares about your needs.

      I have 2 providers that have requested a medication to reduce the risk of having another cardiovascular event. The insurance has a restricted diagnosis to the medication. The part that gets me is *** health is owned by Navitus Health Soultions and my providers are *** health and My insurance is through *** health as an employer. But nobody could help. My providers fought an appeal sent all proven documents along with recent studies to show that it can reduce cardiovascular events. And yet it was still denied. The information was then sent to another company for a review and they came back and said it was denied because they do not have documentation that I have had lifestyle changes with diet and exercise. But I have been seeing weight management for almost a year and have been making many changes but they didnt have all the records only most recent. I do not believe this decision was fair and acceptable as it can improve MY quality of life. Its sad that Doctors cant be doctors and have to fight with the insurance but ultimately they are all one in this case with *** and Navitus Health Solutions. Just different missions and the patients are the ones suffering. An EXCEPTION to coverage means there are EXCEPTIONS and my providers gave plenty of information for this to be an exception

      NAVITUS HEALTH SOLUTIONS Has put my health at risk. Navitus provided wrong information to ******** and it is affecting my health since this mistake has been obstructing ******** from supplying my heart related meds. specifically plus the rest of my daily medicines in general Navitus MUST DELETE URGENTLY any information or account linked to *********************************, DOB: ********** from ********, ** .This Big Error has been affecting an Homonym, another different person with the same name. I will appreciate this Error be corrected in a VERY URGENT MANNER to avoid Taking Legal Actions Againt Navitus in order to to fix this inconvenient issue. since its PUTTING A THE LIFE OF A PERSON FOR A MISTAKE CAUSED NAVITUS HEALTH CARE SOLUTIONS

      Navitus has been over charging me for my copay for the last eight years. The medication is the generic version of Nexium. the generic drug is called ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM and was approved by the FDA in 2015. I filed a complaint requesting reimbursement and they refused to reimburse me prior to 2023.. I have been trying since august to correct this matter. They even admit there was an error on their part but denied my claim and refuse to send me a letter of denial. Without that letter, There can't be an appeal according to their rules. Am considering legal recourse and have contacted a lawyer to find out my options.
