In the beginning Melissa was extremely helpful in figuring out a good working design and offering handy tips with this project. Once we started moving the conversation towards stock availability and staying within budget and the tight timeframe - it turned out to be a different experience. In the beginning I was reassured it would not be problem with finding a solution in meeting my project deadline. Then the Delays in communications became lengthier. As she's the one person running the entire company, we tried to be accommodating and understanding about the circumstances. Finally we were all set to order and was waiting to hear back on a last option's availability to ship.. when the communications from her just stopped abruptly. For whatever reason she will not respond to calls, text or emails these last several days leaving me confused, disappointed and distressed. Now I've got to find another vendor with even less time and start the whole process over. If you're on a strict deadline, highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and just go to another company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I spent a week working evenings and weekends doing a design on personal time that this person did not order or pay for, to assist her. After we did a design in the style she selected she came back with a list of about six other styles, most needing a separate design. I had paid design orders to fulfill and had an obligation to take care of those. Furthermore, I drove 4 hours each way for a total of 8 hours driving to take photos for her to compare colors. After spending so much time waiting for her to decide on color, during our last conversation she was upset because there are carrier delays and I told her if she ordered a specific style it wouldn't ship until 8/11-8/13. She was not happy about that but I have no control over carriers or supply chain problems that are a result of COVID shutdowns that happened. This was the last I heard from her and now a complaint when I have gone way out of my way to help her. I agreed to do a free design based on the facts as she presented and it ended up she really didn't know what they wanted. Designs are an ordered product with us and I really worked hard to help her. I will never again go out of my way to help anyone who has not paid for a design order ever again and that is too bad but all it nets me is a bad review from someone who is not even a customer.
